@@Johannes they are all dependent on the size, material, pages, thickness of the pages. At full price they run $200-400 typically but it depends on so many options. -P

I thought the photo book was great you have come a long way in 15 years. I started my career in photography in 1982 after 5 years of struggling to make a living I had to take a regular job and that worked out well for me.but now I’m thinking of what could have been 😮

I freakin LOVE this video guys. We've all been in some version of these circumstances (hell - some of us STILL are lol!). Love the honesty and testing myself to spot what I've done that's similar and at the time thought it rocked and then later I was like WTF were you smoking! Keep up the good work you guys - it all inspires!
This first paid bikini model shot looks good! Well our tastes have developed in recent years but it’s a great testament of its time. Also a great example that 12 mp is plenty for printing up to poster size with great detail. OOC jpeg can be great if exposure and focus are good, especially with these older cams.

I envy the people who have not yet reached the point of diminishing returns with their photography/videography as far as trying new things and getting excited about doing projects. It's like wishing you could read a great book again for the first time. I remember getting really pumped over the most basic concepts and spending so much time and effort implenting new things I had learnt and generally feeling like the possibilites were endless. Now everything feels a bit like it's on auto-pilot, just going through the motions without much emotion. I guess inspiration has it's highs and lows like everything else, and you do yourself no favours when you try to force it... just coast along until the inspiration come again, and then when it does come you remember to enjoy it and not take it for granted. It's a great feeling when the stars align and something you really put your heart and soul into really takes off and gets appreciated by a large audience.
Yeah I totally feel you. I face this often with both photography and guitar playing. It's like you can knock out something that is 100% passable but to you it feels so ordinary and uninspired. When this happens I think you gotta throw out all the rule books and try something you aren't normally quick to jump to, like a wider lens or all natural light or a personal project with a theme that is really well thought out but is interesting enough to warrant actually taking the photograph. -P

4:18 Your model is beautiful. To be fair to you, you probably needed a walkie talky to give her instructions as it looks like you've ample focal length. You almost need to look at the pose as a logo form especially given the foreshortening.

I have watched and followed a lot of photographers, but I have unsubscribed and stopped watching a good 20-25 of them… however I kept you guys, Pai, and 3 others.
1) you guys are extremely humble but confident.
2) you guys can actually explain the theory and put it into action.
3) a lot of times you guys respond to comments.
4) extremely creative and authentic
5) original: you guys don’t shoot the same cliche crap a lot of the other influencers do.
6) such great personalities!

after 20 years be a photographer , i think the projects i shoot for my self on the first years are the one i like , the rest is just crap , low budget comistions or e shop products ,or sports , i got some cool rock band photo but most don t look the parts and photo suck and they don t have the budget to make a grate photo
