I wonder with the speaker in the water what would a top light do from the back? Could we get a deeper depth of field and brighten the smoke just a bit? Idk it's an absolute amazing image. I definitely need more practice with product shots but this one is so cool. Thanks guys!
Great stuff guys, entertaining as always. That Bike Builder image looked overly staged, I think some different angles or compositions might help. The lantern hanging on the wall in the background I thought was strange for a Bike Shop and that Electric Motor on the table in the foreground with the electrical cord wrapped around it made me thing the whole thing was staged, but hey, I been wrong before, just ask my old girlfriends 🤣👍
That at 30:22 doesn’t work with any combination of boxes because of diffraction. That’s done by a slides projector or so, projecting a slide of two narrow skyscrapers, something like that. Otherwise you never gonna get those sharp edges in camera. However, I tend to say it’s photoshopped.
He clearly explains the green scratches and you guys didn't get it 😅. It's glass with a green light underneath and he moved substrate out of the way in that shape to create the scratches. So that's a green LED light coming from under the glass.
The photo of this young contortionist I think was light from the right side with a bounce from the fabric on which she lays and a second from the left.

You guys need to start taking your own tutorials! 😂😂😂
I would love to see a video of Lee trying to recreate the photos he thinks can be made in 10 minutes with the help of AI
With Gen Ai these days, I think would be good idea for this type of contests for the person to submit Raw (out of camera) and Edited photo
Great Video!!

Why was it re uploaded?
The first upload had a massive audio error and we were out of the country and couldn't fix it. -P
googles "focus diffused lighting" and first result is f-stoppers article haha.
the website says the deadline is both June 29th, and July 29th. Clarity on that?
It’s July. We extended it. I’ll update the site now. -P

The effect is created by something like Westcott’s optical spot. It has a lens in it. -P
I wanna know your opinion. Do you think they are really gonna ban DJI drones in the US?
No, are they suggesting that? They can’t even ban TikTok -P

👍
The photo of this young contortionist I think was light from the right side with a bounce from the fabric on which she lays and a second from the left.
I agree
I thought that was the easiest lighting to figure out lol. You can see ir bouncing off rhe fabric.
5:19 unless the hat is red?
12:05 she’s on a table.
Yeah of course but how is the light coming up from below the table and hitting her jaw? Is the table clear or she is right on the very edge of it? -P
@@FStoppers Looks like it's reflecting off the table from 2 lights above her

And Nicholas does not retouch these shots. So no Photoshop used to accentuate the lighting.
Photo at 28.20 looks AI generated, do a TH-cam search for generate your own AI social media influencer.
I don't think this image is AI generated. -P
between the textures, the weirdly shaped collar on the jacket, and the hair it def looks ai.
