    Great warm-up! It will prevent injury while running or performing in a sport. It will be beneficial to improve your balance and flexibility during performance.

    I don’t think this applies to “EVERY” sport. As much as I’m into football, I also wanna lookup drills and workout structures for combat sports; boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, etc. So everything completely differs between the two? (Mind you I’ve never trained in either so don’t tell me I look like an idiot for asking such a question)

    What about upper body warn-ups? We play rugby and this is a high impact contact sport but there are no shoulder and core warm-ups on this video

    Does Episoketren System really work? I see a lot of people keep on speaking about Episoketren System. But Im uncertain if it is good enough to improve your soccer skills.

    as a former waterpolo player i disagree. Half of the team would injure themself while doing that next to the pool :D
