Trumps quick intro with his new side up-do was hilarious! This process was amazing and I was blown away by the cuteness. What truly got me was your process when creating the bunny nose. You used vex to curl the points together or closer on the curve, poly wired it then used vdb and vdb smooth like genuis. Dude you make vex look like cotton candy when it's such a beast to me. Haha I'll get it down one day. I know this was something rather simple for you but those little touches were pretty awesome to me. I'm glad that the 🐰🐇bunny attack came in handy when placing the cloth. It looks flawless! Even the music was cute!

Hi Thanks for your videos, I'm learning and it's super useful. I've noticed that when you are combining shapes together, you do a VDBfrompoly.. and Convertvdb, I was wondering why. As a beginner I would use a Boolean union, could you explain the difference? Thanks a lot from Switzerland
No problem man! So, I often use VDBFromPoly because I am comfortable working with VDBs so I keep the option open for things like SDF smooths, dilates, erodes etc. It has largely become habit but I also find that I have far fewer unexpected issues when using the VDB workflow. I feel like I'm forgetting something but if anything comes to mind I'll let you know. Sorry I couldn't be more help :/ Thanks for watching!
