I wonder how many things he had to smack with that wok to get the right curvature. ... Someone complains about my wok. I'm a smack them 😁 I love the concept of that wok. To drain or serve. Perfection!!!🥰👌
It seems the wok has been deliberately bent to enhance the cooking experience of the chef. I can see why it helps in the cooking process and can control the food alot better
Under the counter noticing he is scraping should be "startch" to thicken the sauce and on counter left hand side probably a broth and right small pot cooking oil 🤗
Would love to know or have a layout of his ingredients as to know or have an idea of what he is cooking, what and how much he adds. Plus the names of the dishes. That would put this site above the rest. We learn from seeing these great chefs and cooks.
Ok, he did it at the end, could not understand him. Print the items on the screen. And let us know the proteins, starches that they are using. Great video. Ty.
I've already recorded a video previously of the curry section at this restaurant, the video title is: "Very Busy Indian Restaurant Action: The Curry Masters Kitchen on a Saturday Night, Tiranga Leicester"
This is watered down for the camera trust me. In an Asian Restaurant...The Chef can make even Gordon ramsay's "lamb sauce" rage like an angel compared to these guys.
🙂 Multiple factors will constitute a final offering, Like Skills, Experience, CTC and location so it's quite complicated, we don't want to put any restrictions for the right candidate.

I liked how he placed a lid on the garlic and the scallions to remind him of the “no onion, no garlic” request on the order!
Dis guy dfinitely been.through.kitches too
Judging by the way he customized and bent his WOK, this chef is a pro 🥰
That chef did a little of everything. That kitchen was also very organized. I love Chinese food, and love seeing t be made.
Nice bro om
Good lord! Tip my hat to these chefs who manage to keep their cool and focus on the cooking in this chaos! Changed my perspective of dining out!

I wonder how many things he had to smack with that wok to get the right curvature. ... Someone complains about my wok. I'm a smack them 😁 I love the concept of that wok. To drain or serve. Perfection!!!🥰👌

I Love That Wok, Thank you, for another Great Vid :-)
Watch 10:38 to 10:56. Herein lies the secret of pro Chinese-Desi cooking. The smokey taste that is not easily replicated in home kitchens.
Wow, was that Gobi Manchurian he made 5 min in? Love to watch this.. love to learn cooking, asian, indian
This woks boy looks like Nepali. He is doing great and this is big busy kitchen ever love to see you
Hard work Chef 👩🍳 keep it up 👍
Amazing.
It seems the wok has been deliberately bent to enhance the cooking experience of the chef. I can see why it helps in the cooking process and can control the food alot better
the wok bended like that can increase the heat because the their fire was not strong enough for traditional chinese cooking
he bent the wok because if the wok is plain, it is infeasible to do the stir fry gesture
@0:53-0:58
get set go amazing
Bloody impressive! I wish they delivered to Liverpool 👍
Moonshine pushing line!
Probs get similar experience at like tai pan in Liverpool ini ahah
Best of luck Chef
👍🏼
Very nice
That frying pan got bent under pressure. Great documenting man
I don't think it's the case ...the pan is purposely bend to blend food ingredients quickly without spilling

very nice food
Even that Wok has a aftermarket custom pinch or bend for an easier cook process and less fatigue for the chef wrist | forearm
Impressive 👏👏💯
Such an insight. Wonderful video.
No testing 😆 cook like a God
CHIENESE CHEF IS AMAZING.
The chef is Nepalese.
Wow👌

👍🏼 🙏🏽 💚
Wok's a bit undersized for the amount of food he's making, but the "spout" is awesome!
What was the name of the item he picked up under the counter? And on the table is what water?
Under the counter noticing he is scraping should be "startch" to thicken the sauce and on counter left hand side probably a broth and right small pot cooking oil 🤗

The back of the house kitchen flow is....
Congrats
Wok hay magic
Kung fu chef....good video
respect..
You could've walked around the kitchen and show us what the others were doing too, after all the chef is not the only working man in there.
I've already recorded a video previously of the curry section at this restaurant, the video title is:

Thapa chef😘😘
In the description you said chopped green chili as Lulu lasan but it should be Lila marcha. Lasan means garlic
Thank you very much, i have now corrected my error. 👍🏼 🙏🏽
👍👍

Why do u show that particular location before vdo, 🤔
Dandi has a very special in the history of India
Love you bro (Chinese chef)
I think I heard him speak nepali..accent is Nepali too but I could be wrong..
Gosh that wok looks like its been having a rough time
He bent that bad boy to satisfy his skills..#bentwok
What happen to his wok??
It's deliberately bent. Makes it easier flipping the food and pouring it. Also less strain on flicking the wok.
He seems pretty fast than his co workers
The question is : how did he get his wok curved?
It's deliberately bent on purpose.
He is on burning speed. Amazing
👍👍👍👍👍
Great cook. Camera guy hands just too shakey. Got headache watching it. Lol
🙏🏽
If you put your face close to the monitor, you can smell some good food as in there
organized chaos
Am i the only one who saw a dog face in that fire in the thumbnail?
This is a re-run. You posted this before.
This is the 2nd video when the kitchen is even more busier than the previous post.
heyyyaaaaaaaa
That lady manager is Gujarati
angel with a shotgun
This is watered down for the camera trust me.
In an Asian Restaurant...The Chef can make even Gordon ramsay's "lamb sauce" rage like an angel compared to these guys.
play with fire!
Who says china and India can't be partners?
decent portions, p.s i think he needs a new wok...
He has "customised" his wok.

I am seeking Master Chef like him for my new Restaurant in the heart of the City !!! Anyone Interested Please contact :)
Where is your new restaurant? and what is the salary you will pay for Master Chef?
@@mr07623445678 it is going to start in Ghatampur, Kanpur, UP, India. Budget is not an issue for Right Candidate.
Thank you for your reply.
Why don't you want to mention the head chef salary?

Modified wok..less energy...to flip up...the food...and the heat...spreading equaly !!
I cannot make out any cat face in the flame, to me it looks just like a little dog similar to pippin(Yorkshire terrible), i meant terrier!
