Thank you for the well wishes from across the pond! I’m glad that you stumbled upon this channel and I hope that my ramblings somehow have some meaning for people in similar circumstances. I think it’s good to see people living through real life challenges and adventures that we all go through at some point. Instead, what we see mostly on social media is FAKEBOOK and INSTAGAME. That isn’t real life but sadly allot of people feel that it is and suffer from FOMO as a result.
Good that everything was fine, Rome-Naples are beautiful but are not the cities i would go to visit in my country, are very stressful in summer, many tourist traps, and hardly you can get the real "deep" flavor of them, but i hope you enjoyed them anyway !
Thank you Francesco. I enjoyed Italy immensely. We couldn’t possible get the full experience in 12 days but we definitely got a flavor for the people and the culture. I must have eaten 5 LBS of cannoli because that is how much weight I gained on the vacation.
