From what I have been learning by watching what the hales is he makes his money fro suing people and taking their money and property. Every time someone does something against him he takes them to court.
He has never won a case, the suing is idle threats..he made legit money from storage units and youtube, it has gone to his head though, and he keeps on this path, he will lose it all.
He owns a lot of real estate and his main income comes from rental properties. He claims to not take money from TH-cam or the storage units but he has companies set up to limit his liabilities which he is the owner of and probably takes a dividend rather than a salary. He uses business law to protect him and pay as little tax as possible.

cease and desist letters are basically an idle threat written on paper, its not a court action, it has nothing legal attached, its just him sending a letter saying if you talk about me I will sue you. and last time I checked, saying you will sue and actually doing it, is two completely different things..
1, he has only sued 2 people and lost both times.
2, you have to get a civil suit case past mediation before a judge will hear the case, this is designed that way to keep frivolous cases out of the courts, and I know full well he would never get a youtube reaction or review video that meets youtubes fair use doctrine policy past mediation, given his own history and content that shows him shredding people daily on his youtube channel,, everything he says about his neighbors and the people of Otter Creek and other youtubers, you can say about him, and there is not one thing he can do other than stomp his feet , yell at George, and send out silly useless threats by way of useless worthless cease and desist letters .
3, if he did some how by a miracle get a petty case like this past mediation , he would have to prove that he was somehow damaged by Legends words, and if the verbiage was framed with "alleged", he would never be able to claim damages.
REMEBER, civil suits are not criminal, the only thing he can do is ask for a monetary reward based on damages he has proven, and again, given his own behavior and history of relentlessly trash mouthing and slandering an entire town and his neighbors non stop for 2 years now, and trash mouthing Legends, combined with restraining orders against him, and an injunction , no judge or jury would award him cry baby money because somebody critiqued him.

I followed him on youtube after seeing his channel plastered on the side of his truck, and back then he seemed normal, grounded, and based, ..
The man he was back then compared to today , crazy difference.. .. he seems so pompous and big headed now . and he thinks he knows everything.. and he thinks he is famous , but unless you search storage unit auctions on youtube or Facebook, you would never hear of him.

I saw him carry boxes IN to a storage unit that he had just won at aution, yes he carried boxes INTO the unit..
my wife and I watched him from a distance with a 56x zoom camera, .. we thought it was odd .. well just a few days later, those boxes he carried IN to the storage unit he just won at auction , appeared in a unboxing video , YES he stages his unboxings , to make every unit he buys look awsome. .
We knew something was up, because incredible scores are far and few between, don't get me wrong, you can make your money back most of the time, but your going to get some duds from time to time, and many units are pucked through by the owner when they know they are falling behind, ..so finding expensive jewelry and gold, is rare .
I have lots to share about seeing him over the years, and he is far from Christian and far from honest .

Sorry to here that the person you thought was your friend last year was not a true friend. If that had happened to me & I was given a warning. The 1st thing I would have done was to tell all of my friends about it. That way they would have a heads up. That way they can also change how they are selling their items to buy it now items. A true friend would have done that. Though I’m not 100% positive that that guy told you the truth about him getting warned 1yr ago, because he was still doing auctions on his channel up until a few months ago. WTH are a complete disappointment. I used to enjoy his show, learnt alot about auctions and storage reselling. I was 100% behind him with the Mayor corruption, then he attacked Mary. The name calling started and the pettiness of the both of them became very clear. My grandma was a true christian, so are many of her relatives and they live by the bible. I was raised by her, I learnt to respect everyone and even tho I fell off the rails as a teen, hormonal btch with adhd and depression. It took 58 years to get an answer, I had to have 3 small strokes to be heard. When it was announced MAry had a stroke, I immediately turned on WTH because the stress they put her under caused that stroke. I mean seriously Jeremy, u had her charged with battery for touching ur back and guiding u out her office??
Then the real hell kicked in.
No matter what their neighbours have done, the best way to deal wtih them is purely thru the courts, not court by media. Not the name calling, the taunting, the "IM bigger than u wll ever be" attitude. Jesus called a group vipers so therefore i can too, are the words of a dirty player.
Christianity wasnt there for u to make money off, god didnt give us the 10 commandments by burning everyone we meet, God was sposed to be all about love and fogiveness.... The WTH cult certainly dont read from the same commandments I read and do my best to live by.
