Condos are $175k in South Carolina ? Sheeeesh You make me wanna invest in one up there. Here in Southern California $175k will only get you the driveway. 😅
You definitely sure property is always cheaper down in the south versus up north. I bought my place two years ago. It’s already gone up $35,000. But I would suggest to do long-term rentals instead of short term it’s guaranteed money every month or even look into doing section 8.
Thank you a lot of effort and time goes into making these videos, but I definitely want to help others learn along the journey. I appreciate your support.
I initially bought the SQ5 to be on the platform but after having it, I feel like it won’t perform as well as a newer model so I just keep it as my personal
Mine is a 2014. I bought it just recently with 63,000 miles but also keep in mind. Some people may not put premium gas in it and it’s gonna be treated as a rental car so other things may happen to it. I just really have an emotional attachment to mine so I view it differently, but you probably don’t mind yours getting rented out lol
Great Video! Can’t wait for more in the future!
More fire content coming soon🛳️🚢
Nice and glad they are updating everything. 🙌🏻
Exactly allows us hosts who take things serious with customer service, and maintenance to profit more

Nice and straight to the point. Don’t got time to watch the whole video but I’ll leave a comment and like
I still appreciate that thanks for watching and supporting. That’s exactly why I make these videos.

Hows your sq5 doing on the platform? I own one as well as a second car been contemplating on putting it on the platform

But it would do really well you could probably rent it for $60-$70 depending on your market
