Just a recommendation: If you're looking for modifiers for the wheel, there are plenty of options to choose from the difficulty modifiers in the Downfall mod. One in particluar is Neow's Lament where you draw 1 less card and start with a max of 2 energy. Of course the flip size is, you gain a HEAPING amount of max HP each Act you clear so theres that!

Downfall's also got a new character in beta, which is nice.
Modifier: infinite gold, but buying/removing from shops costs max HP. Maybe 2 HP to remove +2/previous removal, 3/5/8 for common/uncommon/rare cards, 6/8/10 for common/uncommon/rare relics? I dunno balance seems funky, but I like the concept.

Wheel Modifier: the mod Hubris has a relic called Spice. It starts out nice, but you'll wish you thought twice. The wheel modifier is: start with a Spice. Every time you CAN take a Spice, you are forced to take it.

I would like to see an Ascension 0 speedrun streak. Would be interesting to see how you formulate a plan to beat the "easiest" spire as quickly as possible.
Go ironclad. Stack strength, energy, get whirlwind, and get the thing that doubles your attack if energy > 2. Use pandora's box glitch to remove all attack defends.
Every turn becomes whirlwind = automatic win. Use every campfire to heal.

Hey frost! I was thinking for the wheel maybe a reasonable time limit for a run and you lose the run if you pass it? Another idea is a sectioned time limit where every time 10 minutes pass (in game) you get to spin the wheel of change. Love your content!
I think lower ascensions so you can do more fun and silly cards (such as 10 clash) would be worth it just to be silly.
10 clash shreds even on 20. It just doesn't mesh well with slay the streamer.

What if you started off with a 10 card deck of your choosing, but could only add cards from the shop and boss rewards? Alternatively, you can choose what relics you get at the end of the act from the entire pool, but you have to add a Necronomicurse if you do. I have a few other ideas, but those came to mind. I will go back to watching your poggy content now.
I like this format of video a lot, it feels like a bite sized version of the stream.
I think a cool wheel modifier is that if he has the chance to get a curse in an event, he is forced to take the deal, could be cool cause of the ups and downs and unexpected sinnergies with cursed

SPOILERS! I like how this run ended before the video and you added a second surprise run. Honestly, I do look at the time stamps sometimes to see how long the run will last. And while I understand that that’s my own fault, it was very nice to be surprised
I think it would only work on lower ascension but I have had fun winning clash decks by replacing almost all my defend with iron wave.
For the wheel you could do "add 1 (or more) unremovable normalitys to the deck"

Personally, instead of ascension 0 streak. I'd like to see your attempt at an ascension ladder.
Basically, beat ascension 0, set it to ascension 1, beat that, go to 2 etc. But any time you lose a run, it's all the way back to ascension 0. The aim is to beat all 20 ascencion stages in a streak.
Idk if it's quite the sort of thing you'd do, I first saw it does as long form co-hosted videos on TH-cam and you are, primarily a streamer. I don't know that it would translate well.

I'll throw my challenge run into the mix. How about running Ironclad with 1 copy of Reaper/Feed, and unable to heal with anything other than those cards (no bonfires, no burning blood, no healing potions, no healing relics - maybe a random roll for a relic if you get something like lizard tail).
