Fellow FSX owner here. great video and explaining everything BUT 2 VERY IMPORTANT STEPS, (im sure its common/second nature for you and just forgot to mention these steps) but especially for a newbie/renter ( and to save your trailer from damage) 1. wheel chocks you showed but never said when to put in. these need to go in after side to side level and BEFORE you disconnect tow vehicle. ( so trailer wont roll away or into customer/vehicle) 2. when hitch up to leave you NEVER LOCKED THE COUPLER. this should be done once it is lowered onto the ball and once latched crank back up to make sure it is latched
