WATERFALLS & bamboo forests! Pipwai Trail, Maui. Haleakala National Park (Kipahulu District)

What a magical hike! Follow us as we traverse to waterfalls through a bamboo forest in the Kipahulu District at Haleakala National Park (near Hana). The reward at the end is worth the 4 miles roundtrip! Not an extremely difficult hike, with build in boardwalks for the last 0.5 mile stretch. Pack a lunch for the end, a swimsuit if you want to cool off in the stream, and bug spray. 9/1/24
