to people who don't gamble or understand math it seems inconceivable that they could lose hand after hand. Now that I am older and seen a lot of action, YES you can lose 25 hands or more in a row or lose 25 hands out of 35. If you bet properly and play properly you can survive and even win with that sort of variance BUT you have to know what you are doing. Steve, great guy, but he doesn't know.

Perhaps Steve should bring a card counter with him to improve his chances. There are so many of his crew that 1 counter would not get noticed. The basic strategy says to hit 12 vs dealer 2 to 3 (WizardOfOdds) which I follow but Steve never takes a hit. At least he's consistent.
RedRock also needs to increase his table max bet. Horseshoe in Chicago, lets you bet $50K but the bet odds in Vegas are not good.
Another thing I noticed is going from 1 hand to 2/3 hands after 1 loss may not be a good strategy. Why not only add/remove hands if any hands lose 2 in a row to reduce the variance of losing streaks? But I guess it wouldn't matter if you're lucky.
Another thing about Red Rock is that these are live streams where 1 viewer can actually count cards and Steve can ask the chat what he should bet, so this should be a risk.

The only way you can wins on black jack is play 2 cards only. dont hit anything. even your cards are 4 points. dealer give you 2 cards then just stand. if you lose, bet more money on the next hand and dont hit anything for the next hand. If you still lose then play 2 cards on the 3rd one. Theres no way the dealers can beat you 4 times straight. The dealers cannot stand when theyre 4 points, they have to hit until theyre 17 points or over. I hope i can teach Steve this lesson, hes a nice guy. If he keep playing, then he gonna lose more. In my country. If players hit over 21 and dealers over 21, then thats a push. But Casino, if you over 21, then they take your money first, then when they hit over 21, they dont give you your money back. Thats why casino got more chance to wins your money
