I have the Samsung A7 Lite since it releasd two years ago and it's a good tablet, but for almost a year the screen has light bleed/separation issues on the along most of the rightside and it has bothered me every now and then. I figured it was time for a new tablet and after watching some of your videos of the tablets I was interested in I decided to get the Lenovo Tab M9, and I can't wait to get it directly from Lenovo soon. Yeah, most important thing, in this review was not heard, fluid system reaction. M9 is on another lever compare with a7 lite. It's maybe even with much pricier S6 lite with snap 720. Clean Android 13 + g80 = fast combination from Lenovo.
M9 is an easy win EXCEPT software update. However, I have P11 Plus and I am satisfied as basic to mid tablet The score on M9 is rather close to P11 Plus.
I'm Watching this on Tab A7 Lite . Tab is little lagggy when i get calls. Its good for reading while travelling. Battery lasts for 12hrs for my usage. Not made for Heavy Gaming.
I would recommend rather realme pad mini for lesser price than even Samsung galaxy tab a7 lite , but it's geekbench scores are 444 , 1500 respectively (i checked them myself) , i got the 4gb 64gb wifi only varient and it has 6400 mah battery, better processer , cameras , etc .everything is better but no promised software updates . And a really good build . I think you should review it too . U will be genuinely surprised....
Problem is. Its difficult to find them anywhere. Xiaomi are always moving so fast when it comes to pushing out new devices every year that things are made in limited batches to save money and to make sure that they clear their inventory or as much as they can so they can move onto releasing other products as soon as possible. Not like samsung where you might get a new tablet every 2-3 years so samsung has to keep plugging away at certain models to make sure they meet demand.
Lot of screen seperation, power button, and volume button issues are there with Samsung A series tablets. I am having Tab A 10.5 with screen seperation issue and full body rust like issues. No resolutions at service centres in India (AP). Better go for LENOVO.

Android updates are not that big deal since 99% of apps are compatible with Android 9 from 2018 and many apps works with even older versions. I use p11 with Android 11 and m8 with 10. No problems at all. M9 is going to be excellent replacement to my m8 with busted screen.
Thank you for the videos yout make. I wish when you demonstrate the cameras on a tablet you would do it out doors where there is more light. You can't expect a good photo with a cheap tablet,
Lenovo dont joke on battery life. Ive been an ipad user for 5 years with an older gen that lasted me 7-8 hours which i get 7 hours now after battery overtime. And picked 2 of these m9s for business stuff and do light gaming. Its decent but if you save a bit more step up to the M10-M11 and P11-P12 it'll get the job done and goes 30% mor smoother and faster
Thanks looking for a low end tablet that I can use as a simple HMI for my campers electrical system interface. Functioning as a wireless interface and always plugged in. Batery life, Screen brightness. Processor speed and software\security updates going forward are my important factors for this device. The lenovo is a little more expensive but the better option for longer term viability. I'm probably going with the Lenovo

I have an A7 lite and and an old Lenovo 4 8 There is not much in it compared to each other A7 is better in some things Lenovo better in other . I think the screen on the old Lenovo is a little bit better apart from video playback A7 has more vibrant colours

I thought one of these brand name tablets would be better. I was wrong. Oh, and the Alldocube has Android 13. The problem with the A7 Lite is that the Lenovo M8 3rd gen exists. Same chipset as the A7 Lite, but you can find the Lenovo on sale for $69 frequently at places like Walmart. At that price it's a no brainer. The M9 tested in this video is also less money than the A7 Lite, and in my testing, has a 97% performance increase in single-core, and 39% increase in performance in multicore, compared to the A7 Lite. All while having a larger, better screen and being lighter. I loved the A7 Lite when it first came out, but it's a hard sell today. There are simply better options now.
Lmao I know u have the tablet but don't bait others into making the same mistake...the A7 lite sucks big times...and it's one of my worst purchase decisions...the lag is almost everywhere and don't get me started on the battery drain.
A deficient review. No specs for the M9. Does it have a sim card? What is the internal storage etc. Ridiculous to omit such important information. I have an A7Lite. It's great and has the all-important sim card. Unfortunately, one can only get the 32GB internal storage outside of the US it seems. The lack of internal storage is the only weakness it has in my opinion.

its pretty much the same in the EU with 6gb version of M9. Difference is that P11 Plus has 4 speakers and it's screen is larger
The A7 Lite isn't getting anything past A13. The M9 ships with Android 12 but will get A13 also.

Even opening the Tokyo bus map PDF is hopeless
