Thry purposly make it difficult so you get stressed out and lose money. If you get 36 hrs a week ÷ that by 4, put that number in on 4 days during the week. Any hrs over 8 hrs is extra money in your pocket. It's like getting over time without having it. One week, put you worked 10 monday and 10 Tusday and 10 Thursday =then do a day where you did 6 Saturday, this equals 36 but it reads as over time. You get more money back this way.
I think the union should fight to keep the paper time sheets as is, internet or phone is not an option that anyone should be stuck with. I think that now the union has fought they need to continue I hope that someone who is part of the union is reading this and will consider getting involved if they are not so involved right now. I can go on and on about the problems with either not having internet or it being a security risk or there being a black out, or people where the cell phone towers do not reach or they could be using pay as you go burner phones. etc. IHSS has disables the ability to post a message for their videos as far as I have seen. All these youtube videos are being watched in 144p as it is. I just paused this one I already know how to read that shit plus I am not the caregiver.
It is my understanding that the care givers are suposed to complete their own time sheets and the reciepiant looks it over and if accepted then she or he oks it and receipient signs it.
What if you’re having problems finding good care providers and one provider is working over 70 hours what are they supposed to do because they need to get paid and these are extraordinary circumstances when I’m supposed to have 24 hour supervision due to my condition? Could you please help?

He doesn't want them to know that, so he has me leave when they come cos he knows I'll say something. I don't get why I don't have a right to talk to his worker without his permission. He says if I do, he'll fire me. So I stay out off of it and just monitor him closly. Reminding him of things when he has forgotten. He refuses to go to rhe doctors get help or tell them of his condition. He claims all.doctors are evil and murderes out to kill anyone they can to make money. Actually, I can relate, there are some of those too, but not all doctors, gesss. If his mental condition gets worse, sorry, not sorry. I will be having him backer acted to get him treatment.

This fails to explain how to do decimals. For example how would I do 129.3 hours
Multiply .3 by 60 (minutes). That equals 18 minutes. So you hours come out to 129 hours and 18 minutes.
