Why Making Hardware Is Harder Than It Seems (TDU5 Update)

- I wanted to give an update on the development of the Turn Display Unit 5 Inch (TDU5) and in the process, I sort of explained why in general it's hard to make hardware! But we have made great strides in the past 2 years, going from it being a one-man shop DIYer, to now having 15 people involved with the company! We are just getting started and I can't wait to show off our other development projects that we are working on in the near future. So stay tuned!

Hi Man, I am also a small manufacturer of the hardware and I no the pain of the whole processes :) It takes weeks, months to make something. Keep going,
Yes definitely! It's worth it though, I love it, but definitely a lot of hurdles to overcome as well. I hope to document more of the process so that it can help others too, because in order to really have a sustainable economy, I think we need to move away from over reliance on globalization by having more local and regional small agile manufacturers
Nice job. Looking for a round rim you maybe thinking about one of those. Great work.
Thanks Pete! Yes for sure that will be part of the new steering wheel system I'm launching later this year
