Students call off hunger strike demanding Sixth Schedule for Ladakh

- After observing hunger strike for four days demanding the inclusion of Ladakh under six schedule of the Indian constitution, students called off their protest for a time being on December 16.
The student leaders seek assurance letter regarding safeguards in UT Ladakh from MP Ladakh Jamyang Tsering Namgyal within two days. Failing to which, the students decided to continue their protest.

My question to student's body?
Yesterday 17/12/2019 I heard you held a discussion or a meeting at skywork restaurant around 2:30pm
Tsering sample of Congress and youths of Congress were present there,
1... Why SOUL body held meeting secretly ?
2...Do they consider Tsering sample as their constitutional experts?
3... Why they did not invite all religious, political parties,and NGOs in that discussion.
4....why they didn't live broadcast it was just a discussion?
5.... Why media of leh silent over this.
It creates doubts not only in me but in every. Students of ladakh .
6...why discussion not in an open area???
SOUL president need to clarify it.
