Trucks seats need shoulder support. It's like doing a day-long core exercise at times - the higher up you are the more it laterally sways you side to side!

Didn't mention half the controls or how to use them. There's 3 controls at the front of the seat. One adjusts the damping/springiness of the seat. One allows a part of the seat to slide in and out. Then there's a third.. similar to the damping control, but it only has 2 positions. What does this do!? Thanks

Hi again Adam, the specific control your asking about is the 'Seat base fore/aft isolator’.
With the leaver in the raised position, the seat suspension will lock in place.
With the leaver in the lower position, the suspension will be released.
