Henry is in the bedroom with Bre playing "the jumping game" Little kids especially 8yrs old know exactly what video games are being played. The prosecutor was amazing. I understand why she needed the stepmoms testimony but I do wish that she would have been charged as well. At any point the stepmom had the opportunity to save Breasia. She chose not to. In the video of the initial cop call, the stepmom didn’t bother to help look bc she knew Breasia wasn’t there, nor did she pull the cop aside and tell him what happened. The prosecutor was amazing. I understand why she needed the stepmoms testimony but I do wish that she would have been charged as well. At any point the stepmom had the opportunity to save Breasia. She chose not to. In the video of the initial cop call, the stepmom didn’t bother to help look bc she knew Breasia wasn’t there, nor did she pull the cop aside and tell him what happened. In fact, she was at first on Dinkin’s side and was mad at their insinuation of Dinkin’s guilt when she knew for herself that he was.
