Probably the best and most accurate work ive seen. too many other videos are far too unrealistic and seemingly too textbook. they dont take into account fatigue and how trainers yelling at you makes you go harder. those little moments where you yelled "you got this, keeep at it" really would help someone less experinced or gettiung back into it. good work
I'm starting to get back into boxing, and after watching the heavy bag work out from 4 years ago and this one, it really inspired and motivated me pick up my dusty gloves and get to work. Thank you, coach! 🥊💥
How do you keep the bag from swinging alot. I find this an issue spending half of the time controlling the bag and I am sure I am not hitting as hard as you..... just finished my second video 😀. Great videos by the way!! Thanks for posting!
