Look at the propaganda documentary, Triumph of the Will. It is a outstanding propaganda work in both visual aspect and scripting to this day. Their abilities in this field in no small part convinced much of the world what the Nazis were claiming, that they were a superior people.

The USA in Iraq, with an eye watering several hundred thousand victims, still has not been held accountable for that atrocity, nor for it's few million victims in southeast Asia during Vietnam.
