Hi Matt...I recommend changing the scoop in your product. 1 scoop is more user friendly than having to scoop 3x....Also i would think about custom packaging box to increase perceived value, increase shareability for UGC... 2023 is the year of retention and customer experience....btw good job with fixing the sucralose issue, that caused a lot of bad trustpilot reviews
yeah new scoop coming soon for exactly this reason - impossible to change+improve everything over night! but am aware of this, same with the shipment packaging - cheers!
