The Belle's Hypercharge buff concept would be kinda W if the projectile chasing leasts until the Hypercharge ends, this must be broken anyway. but if it makes Belle's super don't chase but makes only her projectiles chase the targeted enemy until the Hypercharge duration it will be funny and maybe balanced. these Hypercharges that has no use besides the buffs needs to be changed, it's sucks.
