EMV Motion in the Indiana Jones Adventure

Here is a small clip showing the animation I have worked on for the EMVs in the Indiana Jones Adventure Model I am working on. This animation sequence still has some flaws that I need to work out, but several people have requested to at least see the progress.
Initially, I "knew" that I wouldn't be able to animate the EMV motion bases for my model. However, once I figured I had to make a separate model file for the EMVs, I also found I could animate them as well. Needless to say, I was ecstatic when I discovered this.
The entire model will have the EMVs animated, and as close to the real movements as possible.

May i ask what program you use?
