These vegetable stuffed breads are similar to our paranthas stuffed with aloo(potato) or methi(fenugreek leaves) or grated mooli( radish) with a tsp. of lemon juice or a sprinkling of anardana( dried pomegranate seeds) . Each parantha once cooked is coated with a wee bit of ghee.
It is a joy to watch you enjoy eating these freshly made , stuffed breads with your mother, by the warmth of the kitchen stove. There is something peaceful about it.
