- This special organic Barley soup is made when Barley is about to ripe. When Barley is still green they are crushed and mixed with apricot kernel to make this simple recipe.
Ingredients used:
1. Unripen Barley
2. Apricot Kernel
3. Water
4. Salt

Your mum's hand reminded me of of my grandmother's hands and she had to raise 15 children. She lead a very difficult life making sure all her children have food on the table. I am glad she put me in school and she requested me to study hard, be successful and not to follow her foot steps. Her prayers were answered and my finger nails are polished at all time as I need not go thro the same hardship . Wish this mum will have a good life with his son around as I did when grand ma was around.

For anyone who might be thinking, the mountain on far right in the first clip is called Ultar which is 7388 metre (24,238 ft) height, middle peak is bojohaghur duanasir 7329 metre (24,045ft) and the spike shape peak is called ladyfinger 6000 metre( 20,000 ft). And also a 6km long glacier flows out of this mountain which is the life line of central hunza.
