If it makes you feel better. My old man had a Massey he used to have to light a fire under in the winter. Ran like a beast once it lit up. She just couldn’t stand anything under 30 degrees.
I have a 8670 that will start @-20 not plugged in. And my 8870 won't start under 35 without cranking forever or starts right up if use the grid heater.
Maybe check your radio or dome light? I had a radio in an old VW that would constantly drain my battery. It was hard to tell it was even on and it had constant power. Ended up putting a battery cutoff on the car and that fixed it.
Looks like code f347 inch pedal clutch open circuit, f349 inch pedal clutch cal error high, f392 trans filter status, f418 coolant level status, f026 quad lever pot failed high/open
That's what i found online maybe you already seen the same. The seals in the primer may be bad if it is bleeding back feul. Doesn't look like the tank has algae in it does it.
Just paint it yellow and put a New Lemon decal on it.. Might embarrass it enough to work properly for you. In all seriousness could it still have had summer diesel in it and its gelling up on you??
@Pep8691 I'd guarantee it's got summer fuel in it, I used some diesel power service and have winter blender in now. Don't know if that's causing the loosing prime issue or not
@LegendDairyFarming that aint too bad then. My advice, you wanted a bigger magnum. You should've bought what you wanted to begin with. I quit chasing "deals" after being screwed twice.

Replace the batteries and depending on the hours put new injectors in. Injectors every 6000hrs. The motor of well maintained can go 20,000 hours.
Sometimes giving it a good workout will fix a lot of problems related to hard starting
@@georgecostanza9387 that's the plan

@Farmboy-fs5xw the 8670 is a beast for cold starts that and 4wd are why it's my winter tmr tractor. Our old 8970 was a plug-in and cross your fingers

@@michaelmcconnell7958 i plan to run fuses when I get a chance
The switch below the blinker switch is the intake heater
@@Danferguson-y9g the button? I thought that was either
It a heater coil in the intake manifold you hold it for 15 seconds when you push it you should see the light on dash come on
Kinda of like a glow plug
@@Danferguson-y9g thanks for the tip👍
We had a 2210 buhler
Are those fault codes on the lower right screen on the dash.
@cody8590 they are a couple are related to 3 point. And ones for low voltage

@cody8590 fuel looks clean draining the filter
@LegendDairyFarming well I'm sure you will get it figured. It's nice to see someone running something other than all green tractors good luck.
have glow plugs ?
@@dogwoodish i don't think these do, no light on the dash anyway. It did have an intake heater that wasn't working
The best starting fluid I've ever used comes from CNH . Looks like it was fuel gel . # one can gel . Filters for sure . A pump rebuild , lol .
Dirty injectors . Give her some Lucas fuel additive .
Is that what the switch is next to the steering wheel?
Right below the blinker is the intake heater switch
Not to ask a stupid question but I'm assuming you did check to see if the block heater is working?
@stevenzimmerman4442 the block felt warmer around the plug but can't say 100% sure
Are you sure your heater is working on your tractor?
@cliffordarnoldussen feeling by hand i would say so. Not getting too concerned before I see how it starts in above freezing weather

Might try the hand grenade method of priming and fixing the fuel. Could be injectors.
@Pep8691 hard telling it'd help if it wasn't 4° out
