Living in the hood of Baltimore is not unlike hood living in most US cities. Economic development planning to create opportunities for the kids on HS graduation starts with housing. There's obviously some resistance people have to moving into the hood. But there are thousands of kids per community who have been raised in these neighborhoods. These programs are perfect for them. Thing is, there's not a single video on the Internet targeting this demographic, with a clear set of action items for them.
