On the tv series Reign there is a character called Sebastian who is known as Bash, which I actually really like!
For Kitty, this can be shortened from the classic Katherine as in Jane Austens Pride and Prejudice.
I think Pip could be a nickname for Philip. I really like philip because he is the prince in sleeping beauty and its a nice strong name, but pip is really sweet so I think they work well together. X
