I’m from the Uk & in 1997 I had a Golf Holiday in Palm Springs & it’s the first time I’ve ever seen an American Train & I was smitten I asked where the best place was to watch Trains & I was given 2 addresses 1 of which was Pepper Ave West Colton & another viewing place was a diamond crossing which wasn’t too far from West Colton & it had a small cafe to watch the trains from but West Colton Yard was amazing
For sure down for a stream of running this beast! Yes PSR is still a major thing in UP. One I see regularly on a video feed is UP MWTSA, Wichita, Kansas, to San Antonio, Texas. Major 2 mile plus train daily. Could probably split the stream into a experiment stream too.. One run of this monster as is, then one run with older power pulling. Check handling differences and number of locos needed to make it a successful run.
I'm a Train Engineer from New Zealand. Our longest trains are about 1200metres long, there is only one person in the cab, so when the (Dragging Equipment Detector) goes off i have two walk the 1200-meter train from head to end and back often in somewhat challenging terrain. Who has to check that monstrous train of yours?
Sounds like were going to have one man crews here sometime soon, And I had too walk the train, it was a 5 mile round trip to walk to the end and back to the front lol.

That’s not a bad idea thanks!
I’d definitely like to see you run this to Colton. Also, if possible, could you upload the consist somewhere? I’d love to try running this myself!
Alright I’ll have to run it and I wonder if I can do that??
