When you said you’re having a hard time breathing, I am sitting here and functional freeze, not really taking the deepest breath’s. And the embodiment, literally being shown over and over again by my guides and this is in alignment with somatic experiencing and poly vagal theory, that the way to heal my nervous system is too slow down and be with my body in a playful, enjoyable way, which I was not able to do as a child. Slowing down is so important for nervous system healing, and so is play . #1 - I’ve been seeing 44/444 everywhere lately and it was in the time stamp hence why I picked pile 1. You mentioned 33 which isn’t a number I see often but am partial to odd over even just generally.
