I have no idea how many times I have listened to this song, but every time I do, I cry. But it's a kind of healing crying. Because he and the rest of the members have taught me how to love myself and then maybe I will be able to love others. That's my problem though. I have always put everyone in front of myself and that's how I started to put myself down and that's something I have to stop doing. Because I'm very thankful to BTS for helping me with all of my problems. I have something called moyamoya and it's basically a death sentence for me and I wanted to just end it all, but then I discovered BTS and they helped me without even knowing me. I soon realized that I can't give up on my kids and friends and family. Because Suga has dealt with all of his problems too and he is doing much better today. And now I will always be able to help others because of BTS
I cant even imagine anyone else singing epiphany rather than jin, like he's...idek how to say it. It's like he was made to sing this song. His voice blends in with the instrumental and his voice singing these lyrics makes it even more powerful. And the way he presents himself on stage and obviously the iconic high note. I love you Jin 💜

Don't get me wrong, I love the recording one too, but there's just something about Jin's voice that is better live. Any time i feel sad, or lost, or depressed, I listen to this song and it makes me feel so much better. I absolutely love Jin's voice. His voice is amazing and beautiful and simply the best voice ever and I really do appreciate that he wrote a song about loving yourself and then maybe you can love someone else. My daughter showed me BTS about 6-7 years ago and I have been an Army and I always will be. BTS has shown me that to love myself is the best thing that I could ever do. I have something called moyamoya and it causes me to have multiple strokes and brain surgeries, and I stopped loving myself and I almost gave up and killed myself because moyamoya is a death sentence, but I couldn't give up on my kids and my friends and family. BTS is the only people that showed me that I can love myself and love others as well. I'm not telling everyone this to get pity or anything like that. I'm just trying to tell everyone ehy I love BTS so much. I love all of their songs and I definitely think they are the most kind hearted and wonderful people in the world. Thank you so much BTS for showing me that to love myself is better than anything in the world. And I'm so proud to be an Army and be a part of this great family that is BTS. I love each and every one of you out there. And if anyone is wondering what moyamoya is, it's a genetic disease that makes me keep having strokes and brain surgeries. And the more I have brain surgery the more I will forget everything and everyone i have ever known. But I'm not asking for pity or anything like that. I'm just trying to explain why I love BTS so much and I will never try to forget them. Because they have taught me so much and I'll forever be grateful for them. That's why I am completely in love with BTS. I will always and forever love them

I met BTS when I lost my Dad. I got the courage from their songs and documentaries. BTS show me that I can be happy again even after my Dad's death. I love Jin and every member of the group. As a woman who grew up with the Beatles, and so many other great musicians, I have to say that this is the most beautiful and moving performance I've ever seen. You can feel his sincerity throughout. The close-up of Jin's eyes bring me to tears because of all the hatred in this world; discrimination based on skin color, shape of eyes, and myriad other physical traits that are attacked by despicable humans. I have come to dearly love these beautiful Asian eyes; not just of BTS members, but all that I encounter. I ask myself, "Did I ever have a different impression of this; these eyes?'" I do not know if I did, but if I did, that is what brings me to tears when I see Jin's eyes close-up; a hope that I wasn't a part of the hatred.

My aunt is a music teacher and she noticed that this part 0:12 - 0:26 is a tad bit shaky because Jin was either a split second too late or too early but he was able to bounce back for the rest of the performance especially the beautiful high note at the end.
My aunt said it's not really a criticism but more of an observation. In fact, she appreciates that moment as it fully proves that this performance was 100% live. She said, "So glad that sparkly mic was sooo ON and not just a display!" 😂
