    I like the new tundra body’s, but when I see the last gen body there is something that just looks so good about it.

      I have a 2011 and a 2019 I think the 2011 is the better truck

      SuperDimeguy why is that?

      @SuperDimeguy 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Taylor Albaugh The 2011 has 200000 miles yet feels tighter in the steering, the motor has more power even they are both 5.7s , the suspension feels weaker in 2019 and the body roll is definitely more noticeable in the 2019.
      I can do burn outs in the 2011. The 2019 doesn’t want to.

    Can you show your work? Like the before and after body chop mount and how much you had to trim off the fender liner? Looked like the front fender liner was missing. Why not shim out the front bumper? We already know what a Tundra looks like. It would also be better of a full walk around of the truck sitting still as finished. See what you did how the wheels fit etc..

    I like these better than the 2023. Something about the look of this that i like. And normally i hate chrome on vehicles but i love the chrome parts on these and any 80’s and older cars

    So I just purchased a 2013 Toyota tundra Texas special which has a 3 inch lift kit on it. It has 20 x12.5 I believe with an huge offset. Tire stick way out here 4 inches past the fender. I want to get new tires either 33s or 35s on a smaller rim. These are 5 x 1 50 lug. I like Toyotas and I like the KO2. I’ll like the beefy look, but not one that will rub on the fenders like now. Recommendations? Without making too much modifications?

    Do you guys do only Toyota Tundra and Tacoma only? Or can you do lifts on Fords, GMC and Silverado too? Just want to know. I'm in the market for a full size truck. Just wondering. Thanks. Love your videos on the lifts. I'm just picturing mine in my head right now. 😁😁😁

    Hi y’all, not sure if this comment will be seen or replied to but I bought a 2019 Tundra that appears to already have a leveling kit as well as air bag suspension in the rear. The tires that came on the truck from dealership are 35x12.5R18 Cooper Discoverer STT Maxx. There has not been a body mount chop and the front plastic panels do not appear to have been modified at all. I haven’t heard any rubbing since I’ve owned the truck for 5 months now. Can anyone tell me why I’m able to run 35’s on my truck? Any advice is appreciated as I just bought a set of 35x12.5 Ridge Grapplers I’m hoping to swap out the Coopers with before winter.

    How close is this setup to the upper control arms with +25 offset?, i was under the impression that you couldent run 35x12.5r18s with anything more than +18 offset without rubbing the UCA's

    • @blackwaterlotus8124
      @blackwaterlotus8124 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm sure you found your answer somewhere by now but, stock Tundra SR5 wheels are 60+ offset. So if the wheels they installed are 25+, 18+ is fine. At the time you asked this, your concept was actually correct, except the factor was reversed. The higher the offset number(+) the closer to the UCA. The smaller the offset number (-) the further out from the UCA.

    You need to let people know that is not a lift kit is a leveling kit a spacer on top of the strut mount
    A lift kit consists of a lower drop down bracket and bigger spindles with extended brake lines if people do that there will be no need to cut up your body mount or skid plate absolutely stupid. 33 is you'll best way to go technically then you don't clear 35s but hey that's my opinion got to be an idiot to cuting up a $40,000 truck
