There are always bots at kurasks. They wear veracs skiet/brassard, leaf bladed baxe, glory, slayer helm and d boots. Often with a mirror shield but sometimes without
So rhe anti-chest moderator was recently fired for corruption and people are wondering why the bot problem is getting worse. Is it possible that he decided to double down and take an offer from a large script maker to tell the interworkings of auto detection. Its not like hes got much to lose at this point.
I'm going to be honest: I think when we have 100k concurrent players online, atleast 70% of them at this point are bots. F2P is completely riddled with bots, P2P atleast half of the people on a world are botting. It seems like chinese goldsellers seem to invade the OSRS servers now too.... they were on Lost Ark for a while last year, because they made mad profits from people RMTing. Now that this game has dropped off, weirdly enough bot activity in OSRS increased significantly. Just on a day botting in the western Lost Ark version, chinese companies made millions of dollars a day. 60-70% fo the total concurrent playerbase were only bots.
and real players simply quit if an activity is not worth doing anymore or become ironman, which will make runescape only a single player game, it's not a good single player game either
i wandered past that zammy robe tanning bot farm once, i was so baffled at how many accounts are able to be botted like that and none of them being banned for how long they were there
Member bots = stable monthly revenue for Jagex shareholders. You tell me. Also private servers have better real person support than real RS, I would know.
came back to play rs07 a few days ago on my main when the economy is at its worst lol, still doesn't put me off from playing but 8m for a bond is also CRAZY
Jagex probably makes more money from bond purchases then direct members. As long as mass bot farms want to buy bonds in large quantities, people will keep purchasing and selling them in GE
Plus you can take a look at the big names that have been false banned over the years (but they luckily had the status / connections to get it overturned. The average player won’t). Lynx Titan, Ronan/Gudi, EVScape, Solo Mission, and Odablock was the victim of targeted bans. It’s a garbage system that punishes real players and lets real bots get away with it.
Half of these bans were legit bans for RWT and account sharing bc these youtubers buy infernal capes and other services. Like only scum plays OSRS anyway, even the Jmods RWT lmao
I have very little knowledge on this stuff but would it be possible to make a bot that finds other bots, or kills the bot if they find a it in pvp. Bots vs bots
Obviously it's part of their test to integrate AI into their game. They ease up on bot detection to see how the community reacts.... or what bots do that players dislike and work around that.
Found a f2p rune smithing bot farm. 15ish accounts. Cb 13-15. All over 15-20m smithing xp. Its really inane to me bots can get to 15m xp in 1 skill "unnoticed"
I kind of miss the old days of see trains of bots at every yew tree location or lpw level entry stuff. Was kind of like a weird nostalgic charm to the simplicity of the game
Hey man! love your content! I've been going for a leaf bladed battle axe in the freminnik slayer dungeon. i've run into 4 or five different bots wearing either full guthix or bandos d'hide praying melee, and all have 20 m xp in ranging. And thats about the only skill that is significantly raised. (Yi-Wang Wuch) only wrote down one of the names. good huntings
It’s sad they added unnecessary restrictions like 150 total to enter friends chat and 100 total / 10 QP / 20 hours in game for unrestricted trade. Ostensibly it was supposed to slow down botting, but really it only hurts legit players when they make new accounts, kills low level F2P PKing especially in multi, and it doesn’t even stop the bots; evidenced by the huge amount of bots that rank at the top of boss KC or have lots of post-99 xp (like Hunter bots). Plus bots can easily meet the requirements meant to stop them in the first place.
that's why they're purposefully low. a new player isn't going to use the GE within 20 hours or getting 100 total/10QP, they start the game and are confused on what to do. but all of this is a facade regardless. Jagex doesn't want to get rid of every single bot, it's a conflict of interest when a huge portion of the active playerbase are botters, which means that it keeps actual players engaged due to common resources being dirt cheap. people always say "well, if botters were gone the common resource will go up in price, meaning you can make more money" but meanwhile this happens to everything, so you pay more while earning more, not really the compensation people expect. and at some point that resource might even dry up due to the volume required to do a specific activity, which will lead to supply vs demand issues. imagine 1 piece of coal going for 3-5k each, why? because mlm bots aren't a thing anymore. sure you can make 3-5k each with 1 piece of coal by doing it yourself, but this would apply to everything that's bottable, which nowadays is limitless, you got actual boss bot farms now, even raid bot farms. everything would increase in price by a lot.
Yeah and another thing is with all those requirements that have different activities, when a bot does different activities, it also fools the existing detection system, so having those restrictions only takes care of the noobiest of botters at best.
@@DarkDyllon this has never been the case in runescape at any point in the game's history. Things increasing a lot is good for players and rewarding doing them.
It isn't unusual that every few months large groups of bots don't get banned Its possible jagex is following the gold and preparing to ban gold sellers again
Soooo many bots. I tried to make a series where I get 1k totals in f2p before becoming members. You cannot mine iron ore anywhere without it being botted
perhaps jaxes is not banning to collect lots of data and improve their banning system so less false bans will happen, so you need bots to play so you can get more data about them to improve the accuracy of the bans
that is a possibility but it's way more likely that jagex can't handle their shit, just like they've proven many times before. Also if they were a proper company, they'd already have all the data from the thousands of bots that they used to ban daily.
20k+ accounts, 24/7 botting, with 100+ accounts in the area doing the same exact thing. how much more data do you need???? stop coming up with excuses for their lies. They can ban them if they want, they choose not to, just to save face for people like you
@@dennissommerfeld509 ??????????????????????? 1+1 is 2, but there are other ways to get to the same answer, same with bots. they will improve and change to not get banned. So jaxes has to do the same with NEW DATA, think for once

Jagex should just make Bot Busting a skill. You have a detect bot option added and if the system says yes then you can kill ‘em and there can be rewards besides the gold they have. Or something like that
Yesterday I saw a group of 20+ bots auto teleporting to Camelot, and I didn't investigate but I would imagine it's the same at other teleport locations.
I was just hanging out in Al Kharid for a bit and saw a bunch of players botting tanning all with a red handegg but also there was someone with the red halloween mask red robes uniform just sitting in the bank. Wonder if it's the same farm. Reported a bunch of em anyway but I suspect that's the kind of farm that just gets refreshed every day so. Idk.
This is why I want a single player version of the game. I play ironman anyway so have little to no interaction with other players. But its a pain in the ass trying to find a free spot sometimes when training certain skills because the game is overun with bots
this is exactly whaty the game want us all to do, start a new ironman its like oldschool runescape all over agaiun we all start from 0 new bonds new money spent etc
Jagex leniency on bots is honestly so disheartening. As I type this comment there's a guy in obsidian, obby cape and whip with 110+ melees on highscores killing kurasks near me. Also lots of bots at Fossil Island wyverns with 100+ on hiscores in melee stats using shared with a whip. It makes you wonder what the anti cheating team is even doing in osrs, they could world hop and ban hundreds of bots per day at locations like these. I have only been woodcutting and questing for a large span of my return to osrs and have an account creation problem that stemmed from childhood back when I played the game in 2005. I play on three to nine accounts at once depending on what trees I cut since I can only move so fast for so long. You could say I have a disorder but I don't like waiting for things. I will stream if it would prove my innocence. A new line of accounts I have created for a challenge have been game stalked. I have been banned on three in the past seven days. I have never been banned before for playing osrs. I have submitted three appeals but I feel they are falling on deaf ears. I spent over 20 hours on these accounts. I hope Jagex gets these AI before all the real players are gone.
I was a main for a very long time. But I decided to make an ironman found a nice clan with friends. Its the only way I can enjoy the game now. I no longer care about gold gain. I do care about legitimate mains and those who do activities that are ruined by bosses like the wilderness bosses. I wish you guys the best and even pk bots in wildy for you boys knowing I cannot gain from their drops. Best of luck in the fight kings

there is a bot farm at nex, its a team of 5 or 6 running full arma, one scout hops worlds and they logg out super fast when they see ppl, they are in ausy worlds.
Ive olayed casually for many years and never really took notice of bots, or saw anything that to the untrained eye was a bot. But just in the past week on several occasions teleporting to camelot ive literally seen six or seven of them just sitting there spamming the TP. All wielding just air staff and amulet of magic. Names that look straight out of a random password generator. Seems even to someone like me whos a bit casual its starting to become way more noticeable.

Everytime i do FM in Varrock outside the west bank at W316, there comes what seems like bots that picks up the ashes when the fire goes out
As a co owner of the forestry friends chat in world 445 seers. I can confirm that it was THOUSANDSSS of bots flooding in every time there was roots that showed up in our world. It’s been about 4 days now since last seeing the farm. I think they are finally gone. It feels so much better

Saw a high level bot farm all with 2-5K Corp KC, lvl 1 everything but combat stats last night.
Atrocious bot detection
Yeah I give up on the forestry event because I'd be off doing it by myself and as soon as an event would happen all of a sudden my world would get swarmed and the thing would be gone in no time
I’ve watched this one bot walk around in circles the nmz bank for literally 3 days straight now.
False bans for players and yet bots seem to be clearly botting all day long lol
The guy under the npc is probably just auto clicking.
It has its moments but you've got to adore the community here, timeless. ❤
saw a bot running to vorkath and it had 50k vorkath kc, its like jagex isnt even pretending to try anymore lmao, im actually willing to bet that there are jagex mods that are botting themselves for money.
I said something similar on last video people started to go at me for it lol
There are always bots at kurasks. They wear veracs skiet/brassard, leaf bladed baxe, glory, slayer helm and d boots. Often with a mirror shield but sometimes without
So rhe anti-chest moderator was recently fired for corruption and people are wondering why the bot problem is getting worse. Is it possible that he decided to double down and take an offer from a large script maker to tell the interworkings of auto detection. Its not like hes got much to lose at this point.
He probably signed an NDA so...if that's true, I hope he loses everything. He's an absolute cuck.
I'm going to be honest:
I think when we have 100k concurrent players online, atleast 70% of them at this point are bots.
Sad thing is the real players are always paying the price when we are losing the battle vs Bots.
and real players simply quit if an activity is not worth doing anymore or become ironman, which will make runescape only a single player game, it's not a good single player game either
real players are also the ones buying gold, fueling the bots...or else they wouldn't exist.
@@Easypeck That is true. it's like drugs, it won't stop being produced if people still consume it.
i wandered past that zammy robe tanning bot farm once, i was so baffled at how many accounts are able to be botted like that and none of them being banned for how long they were there
The Alching bot under the NPC is a brilliant hiding spot. I hope that one bot doesn't get banned. (The rest though, ban all the bots!)
Imagine if he picked a different npc in some random spot in the game instead of varrock square.
Damn, its like 70mill on mainscape.
Tho there is a couple top lvl methods to get that in a few hours
Jagex probably makes more money from bond purchases then direct members.
As long as mass bot farms want to buy bonds in large quantities, people will keep purchasing and selling them in GE
@@FirestormDDashthe top level methods are over 100m per hour
@@animefan7424 ah fair I forget about combat options

Plus you can take a look at the big names that have been false banned over the years (but they luckily had the status / connections to get it overturned. The average player won’t). Lynx Titan, Ronan/Gudi, EVScape, Solo Mission, and Odablock was the victim of targeted bans. It’s a garbage system that punishes real players and lets real bots get away with it.
Don't forget Kevin too!
Half of these bans were legit bans for RWT and account sharing bc these youtubers buy infernal capes and other services.
Like only scum plays OSRS anyway, even the Jmods RWT lmao
@@anita.b but all those bans got overturned with personal intervention from Jagex. So they weren’t legit.
Saw a wool weaving bot farm on lumby. Was just odd to see that so obviously
its bow strings but yeah
Found a f2p rune smithing bot farm. 15ish accounts. Cb 13-15. All over 15-20m smithing xp. Its really inane to me bots can get to 15m xp in 1 skill "unnoticed"
Any you do hide npc for that bot that’s under the npc in varrock to see what the guy is doing?
Cant*
There SHOULD NEVER BE A BOT IN PVP AREA. But Jagex gives bots perfect immunity conditions.

It isn't unusual that every few months large groups
of bots don't get banned
Its possible jagex is following the gold and preparing
to ban gold sellers again
What's the point of legit players anymore on this game lol.

Or something like that
and if the system comes back with a false positive?
Did Matt K straight up admit in that interview that they let bots exist on purpose lol

I was just hanging out in Al Kharid for a bit and saw a bunch of players botting tanning all with a red handegg but also there was someone with the red halloween mask red robes uniform just sitting in the bank. This is why I want a single player version of the game. I play ironman anyway so have little to no interaction with other players. But its a pain in the ass trying to find a free spot sometimes when training certain skills because the game is overun with bots
A single player version with some bots to crash or fight in pvp

I mean i have seen less bots but i’ve seen more scammers. In fact, me and some in game friends have reported a scammer that has been standing at world 302 ”doubling”/scamming people literally daily, it’s been weeks now and it doesn’t get muted, banned or anything. There’s literally no consequenses for scammers and it turns gullable noobs away from the game, seeing people literally quit every day because of this apparently unpunishable behavior
The only reason it seems worse right now is because of Prime.
I am a F2P player because I cannot afford membership. Your video sheds light on my situation and why I am dealing with being banned as a level 3 skiller.
I think we need to relax. Jagex wouldn't just let bots run amok. They'd never do that.
I mean its what they've been doing for years, why would they stop now
I was a main for a very long time.

Keep the bot detection off until it’s fixed, you’re not going to make anyone feel bad that bots are making it through right now. If this is the lesser option opposed to having INNOCENT players banned with their completely dogshart “customer service” (if that’s what you would even call it) that you can’t even get unbanned if you don’t have a damn twitter.
