I was looking forward to seeing this and accidentally recorded it on Telemundo. It was quite spectacular in Spanish, actually. LOL They were hella-excited and rolled those R's for Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrol Tide! Happy Thanksgiving!
I would say the two bands do different things, and they do them both very well. Ohio State focuses more heavily on epic drill formations and is a high-step band, while Bama focuses more on big music and on just having a more traditional marching band vibe and less on making recognizable formations. I think both are super cool, so excited that the MDB got to perform in Macy's!

I was wondering about the breakdown also. My son marched in middle and high school and at UAB and the makeup of the band was ever mentioned.

I live in Alabama and think that Ohio States band is way better.
