As I understood that this is a pre-tuned file and I just need to plug the OBD and download the software to program the ECU.
but it seems that we cannot alter or change any of this setup as its fixed pre-tuned file
This is just too complicating and long, why would I chose ecutek over bootmod3 or MHD? care to list any reason?
supa hot fire It does of a few steps, but is not that really too complicated. Bootmod3 and MHD need to have apps downloaded and steps you have to follow to unlock the ECU and flash a tune. ECUtek has already shown to have more flexibility and less limits than other systems. When RaceRom comes out, they will have added features like flex fuel available as you may have a seen on other applications.

I agree with supa hot fire . Why is this any better? Bootmod3 offers free updates and you can also do custom flex fuel tune on that software.
@@Ghostinthe90s i've never seen custom flex fuel tunes through bootmod3 or MHD for this platform, unless you've installed a ethanol content sensor and have a way to make it communicate with the stock DME and are able to interpret that data within the bootmod3 interface, this is not a thing. EcuTek with racerom has with multiple cars come out with maps to and ways to interface with a canbus device attached to a ethanol content sensor, which is how it's able to do flex fuel tuning.

I know you guys are in the 702 area. You guys do custom dunk tune with ecutek for bmw 340i? Or just supra?

Tyler Joyce The short answer is yes. Some new cars are coming locked differently than earlier cars. We posted another video a few weeks back that shows the process.
What are the power gains, Hp/TQ on a bone stock 2020 Supra 93 octane, with this EcuTek flash?
Most people see ~70-80whp/100+lbft tq, but results will vary depend on the dyno.
How much power gain would a stock 2021 Supra get with this?
as i heard the 2021+ models doesn't support the ecutek because its ecu locked so your only option for 2021+ models is jb4 and i won't recommend it because it doesn't let u tune for shooting flames or higher hp ,, so u should wait for some 1 to actually unlock the ecu

Wow, MHD takes literally 4mins to flash wireless through your phone from start to finish. Ecutek takes a laptop, cable, usb key, probably half a day to figure out, 50 more steps for mistakes and errors to happen. Bet both their stage 1 make the same gains. Don't who would ever choose this over MHD or Bootmod3.
The power gains and the fastest cars down the track speak loud enough that this is the beans . This video is very in-depth. The complete process once you have the software on the laptop takes 15 minutes
