By 1940, Zionism was already a well established movement and Israel was basically inevitable: there were major Jewish cities (e.g. Tel Aviv), militias, newspapers, the Hebrew language had been revived, Jews had purchased the most fertile lands along the coast, Jews already contributed to 10% of the region's population (a number that was increasing rapidly), etc. So even without WWII, Israel would most certainly still have come into existence.

You know what? That Alternate Tripartite Ending creates very huge implications for the failed Hungarian Revolution from 1848-49 against Habsburg rule. The Austrians were getting hammered throughout a lot of it, so what could stop Poland from joining the Hungarian side and dealing the final blow? Think on it, these two longtime bffs could be in with a shot of securing their joint independence before 1850 while severely crippling the Habsburg Monarchy. Even though it was all alone, it won. It would eventually rule the entire world. Even that island the government tells no one to go to because of the cannibal natives, but 2 dumbasses did.
Hello, I looked at the vote and I have some questions for you. Or maybe you should pay less attention to remasters? For example, you can do this: remasters can be alternated every three episodes of new countries. Okay, I understand about the first episodes, but what's the point of making quality episodes (Argentina, China and Greece)? And even more absurd, why do for those countries that have already been remastered (Poland, Germany and Russia)?!
Surprisingly there's many votes for a remaster of countries like Germany, Poland or Russia. Proposal of remaster of Germany currently has the biggest amount of votes if I remember correctly
I've heard people assert that federalization would be bad, because it'd give the various minorities a very easy method to secede (they have at least most of the land they want, and already have local governance, etc.), but that's predicated on the assumption that the empire was inherently unstable and that the various minorities WANTED to leave. From what I've read, that was simply not true at all, at least before the strain of WWI. A-H had one of the fastest growing economies in the world at the time, and the Austrian half at least had universal male suffrage, and for having an Emperor who believed in his divine right to rule and was otherwise a fucking reactionary, was pretty damn liberal/tolerant: schools in areas with majority ethnic minority were allowed to teach in that language, instead of German, discriminatory laws against Jewish people had been reversed back in the 1850s, and if there weren't protections for other minorities, there wasn't stuff discriminating against them. (Except for the Romani, probably). Basically, things were actually going pretty good, and all the different minorities were quite well aware of how them being over a half dozen small countries would have a much, much harder time standing up to Germany or Russia than a single big country. If Prussia was an army with a state, Austria was a bureaucracy with one. In poorer parts of the Empire especially, Franz Joseph and the Habsburgs more generally were actually pretty damn popular: they had this odd habit of enforcing the law everywhere and not playing favorites. As long as the Habsburgs were around to be a unifying force/symbol and make sure everyone played ball, folks had every reason to want to say unified, even if things were still kinda a mess (A-H had THREE different armies: the Austrian one, the Hungarian one, and the combined one that got the bare minimum funding...which was kinda saying something with how A-H cheaped out on the military whenever they could). So, how did things fall apart so fast then? Well, it became pretty obvious the Entonte wasn't gonna let A-H keep existing...and now there's no longer any mediating voice of reason for all the different peoples. You're all gonna be different countries soon. Better snatch up everything you can for maximum benefit.
Do All Endings: Caribbean. Lots of interesting potential outcomes beyond the Cuba video you already did, like one of the pirate republics surviving and reforming into an egalitarian free state.

The Austro-Hungarian Empire was formed in 1860 due to calamities reaching their limits in 1857, and both state’s existed until the end of WW1 when the German Confederation capitulated, followed by a Austro-Hungarian surrender. The mark of the Austro-Hungarian participation in European history still remains to this day.
In a HOI4 game of mine Hungary tried to restore the Empire but was demolished by Czechoslovakia who proceeded to annex both Hungary and Austria. Czechoslovakaustrohungary.

A-H had one of the fastest growing economies in the world at the time, and the Austrian half at least had universal male suffrage, and for having an Emperor who believed in his divine right to rule and was otherwise a fucking reactionary, was pretty damn liberal/tolerant: schools in areas with majority ethnic minority were allowed to teach in that language, instead of German, discriminatory laws against Jewish people had been reversed back in the 1850s, and if there weren't protections for other minorities, there wasn't stuff discriminating against them. (Except for the Romani, probably).
Basically, things were actually going pretty good, and all the different minorities were quite well aware of how them being over a half dozen small countries would have a much, much harder time standing up to Germany or Russia than a single big country. If Prussia was an army with a state, Austria was a bureaucracy with one. In poorer parts of the Empire especially, Franz Joseph and the Habsburgs more generally were actually pretty damn popular: they had this odd habit of enforcing the law everywhere and not playing favorites. As long as the Habsburgs were around to be a unifying force/symbol and make sure everyone played ball, folks had every reason to want to say unified, even if things were still kinda a mess (A-H had THREE different armies: the Austrian one, the Hungarian one, and the combined one that got the bare minimum funding...which was kinda saying something with how A-H cheaped out on the military whenever they could).
So, how did things fall apart so fast then? Well, it became pretty obvious the Entonte wasn't gonna let A-H keep existing...and now there's no longer any mediating voice of reason for all the different peoples. You're all gonna be different countries soon. Better snatch up everything you can for maximum benefit.

The subsequent dissolution of the Kingdom of Prussia lead to the Austrians also defeating France with a renewed sense of Austrian dignity and honor, the German Confederation was formed in all Non-Austrian German territories under William Habsburg as a Austrian dominion state. The Austro-Hungarian Empire was formed in 1860 due to calamities reaching their limits in 1857, and both state’s existed until the end of WW1 when the German Confederation capitulated, followed by a Austro-Hungarian surrender. The mark of the Austro-Hungarian participation in European history still remains to this day.
