Actually, I like that there's so many korok seeds.
And I like how they set this up with SO many seeds, you can't help but to run into them. That way you can just collect as you go along, never really need to deliberately look for seeds.
(although, I will look for that 'one' seed I need/want for an expansion. Or just because I want a mark on the map to show I've been in that place.
Also, knowing there's so many, if I see one that would take you off course, or waste arrows, you can skip it without worrying.
You know what? It should’ve had the same power as Roger’s golden turd from American Dad. You could lay it on the ground and watch enemies kill Each other for it.
And if you get too far away it will teleport back to your inventory

The reason there is so much korok seeds is to make it easier to fill inventory slots. If they only had the set amount it would be harder, but they added a lot extra to make it easier.
They serve their purpose. And getting all of them is a waste of time
Nintendo could have bothered with a cool medal or something for the effort it's not fair to get a piece of poop _twice_ for all the lifetime collecting them.
@@javiervasquez625that poop is the medal, there would be no real difference beetwen an usseles object with a medal image or a poop image.
Just the near 500 it takes for inventory is still no less than twice as many collectibles as any single game should have. Takes near 100 hours for that much, as bad as their inventory/durability system is, further locking it behind that much grinding is ridiculous. Makes it them the least replayable of the non-CDI Zeldas.
They could've done anything else though. They could also have made it not count towards 100% completion on the map like other things do. They also could've just... made the requirements less? Most people aren't even ever going to fully upgrade every stash even close, so it's really silly why we need so much. At this point, just make them smaller in count and smaller requirements.
@@gramergames I will proudly carry a medal around to show to people the burden i went through to collect them all. I will not carry poop around to feel myself pathetic for wasting away my lifetime doing something which wasn't worth the time. There's a huge difference between a medal and poop.

@@jesusramirezromo2037 actually, there was a glitch (it's now patched) that you could use to make the bubulfrogs respawn by using ascend. Effectively duping the bubulgems.
No chance i will get that many. I quit about 375 in Breath of the Wild. Going to extreme levels makes Ocarina Of Time look like Childs play.

I think Nintendo is actively discouraging completionism, because in a game this big, the process just isn’t going to be fun for most people, regardless of the reward they get.
i say that now, too. there's so much of the game left to do... but give me a couple years and i know i'll be hunting stupid korok seeds for no reason

1:21 => 900 Korok Poop in the first game. 1000 Korok Poop in the sequel. Both games the reward for collecting them all is a Large Poop.

How many seeds do you need to upgrade weapons slots? (Not including bows and shields)
1 then 2 then 5 then 10 etc
every time you upgrade one of the slots, it doubles the price or something
Newbs before didn't answer right. You need 421 based off the fact the guy in the video has 579 left over. 421 + 579 = 1,000. Most of these Korok seeds are used up by expanding your swords, the other two cost significantly less seeds to upgrade by comparison.
They should've let you attach his shit to arrows or weapons and then it does ridiculously OP damage.

You can use koroks seeds to expand inventory. That's why he only has 579 but there's 1000 in total.

This is the one thing I didn’t mind spoiling like 99% of people who played botw I didn’t get all korok seeds but I did find a ton simply from exploring my mindset was if I find it when I explore then I get it and I’ll be doing the same with TOTK

I get the game is meant to be enjoyed but I usually lose sleep grinding the game trying to 100%, good to know games like these make these “rewards” so I can sleep peacefully

How do you upgrade your Zonai battery?
You get Zonaite from The Depths, which can be used to purchase Crystallised Charges. For everyone 100 Crystallised Charges you have, you can get one segment of battery from specific Steward Constructs. There’s one outside Lookout Landing in front of Hyrule Castle Town’s entrance and one by the Recall Shrine on the Great Sky Island. Those two are the only ones I know of, there’s probably more around Hyrule though

Weeks earlier leaked version is also a possibility.

I recently tried to get 1000 koroks in totk but accidentally missed 3 I've decided to give up at this point after looking for so long. I worked so hard thinking the reward would be good this time. Did I really just get 997 koroks for shit? Yes. I'm gonna go crucify 1000 koroks in a new save.
