That's how it is with small shops. They take their sweet time and just making you wait and giving you the run arounds and never a given date when it'll be done. I guess just be patient.
I never pay people beforehand. And i always do contracts. Car stuff. Yard stuff. House stuff. Idc. Friend or stranger.
Price, and due date. If things are done early theres an incentive. If things take too long the pay is decreased.
That way work HAS to be done. Too many people will take your stuff and let it sit for a year or 2. And its like i get you need the in and out jobs. But dont take on more than you can handle.
When I was younger I had a black one of these from “Import Tuners”. It was scale model and has the wide rims; so this is awesome to see come to life. 🙌🏽

Goo Gone adhesive remover might help in getting that old wrap off. You should try it and see if it works. I use it for everything. Paint overspray removal, sticker removal, many uses. It's my go to item I use often. Try it. Maybe make a video showing it work.
That red MR 2 is a good looking car. Wish you put a Coyote 5.0L in the Fairlane

Very cool that the Avalanche maker designed a left side driving dashboard for you, or did you leave the original dash? I see kits only have a right hand UK steering wheel dashboard.

K20A2 is RSX type S, k20A4 is base model rsx, k24 is TSX and a few other models

Paradox you need a rivnut gun and actually put a 10mm bolt not a tap screw. Just type rivnut and there a cheap way to do it

The dude with your mr2 is ripping you off you shouldn't have paid him up front,and it looks like he didnt really touch the motor just put a new valvecover on it...
rip this guy doesn't seem to know anything about these motors, rbb3 and newer is the one you want though it doesn't make much of a difference if you want to mod it later, and they come out of the tsx, They wont rev as high with that head and the oil pump will have balance shafts. You will want to replace that with a PRB oil pump. That intake manifold is also terrible for making hp, just good for torque, and they dont make more torque vs power.
Kswap guy doesnt sound very knowledgeable tbh. At least from these clips.

What shop did you take your mr2 at, cause they lagging. It took them a whole year just to remove your engine and trans. Just to tell you, that you need this and that. Also to tell you some bs mod thats in a k24. If they are a legit shop, and know what they are doing, they would have had your supplies ready in a month. Also make sure you are running a stand alone ecu, and not some stock rsx ecu. Also the dude litterally sound sketchy Af. Also you notice the difference between the sketchy mr2 shop vs hexa, hexa motor already has the new engine in the car and they are more busy then the mr2 shop.
Also if you notice the first k24 that he shows has a white oil filter on it and the one with the new valve cover has a blue one and looks more rusted becareful @paradoxthewrapper
