It was very well filmed. Sometimes words aren't needed to tell what's going on, and it makes for a much more interesting piece. There are many moments in this that make good frames to pause at. What I've always liked in war pieces, more than anything else, is the depictions of soldiers BETWEEN combat, most of the time in situations like this. Damp, leaky environments, or not the best kept up ones that provide shelter for the time being, and sometimes become bases. If they stay in the area long enough, they can make it seem like home to an extent. This little film here in RICH with that, and I love it for that. Although I will say, you have the Will Osborne song mislabeled, it's actually Louisiana Purchase and it's from 1940. Thanks for featuring his music in this!
