honestly this "B" team have a great forward player hermoso, Esther,redondo, Athenea, and obviously Salma but the midfielder and defenders are very bad! No depths in midfield and defense.
Please tell the golden girl Sam Kerr that she needs to take the ball across the face of any defender when ever she is being chased in front of goal there will be contact, she can be able to draw penalties. She got the pace to take on defenders.
Please the coach of Matilda's should train Sam Kerr to take the ball across the face of the defenders when ever she is with the ball facing the goal, she will draw penalties. Sam Kerr got the pace to run across the face of defenders no need to take the ball wide most of the time, she need to improve on her ball control skills, shade the ball with her left foot vice versa .

Agreed, they DEF 100% are not in contention in this conglomerate. Missing SO many key players, and with the possibility of no Alexia @ WC, they are no debate out of contention. Women's football clearly needs some sorting out behind the scenes, in almost every federation. Support the players = best football represented is a no brainer from the spectator pov.

Jorge Vilda only got the job through his daddy, he hasn't earned anything through merit and is only kept there because the federation president needa his vote for the next election. Madrid players didn't get the backing of their club to protest this, eventhough they were on the side of the 15 at the beginning, barcelona and sociedad players got their clubs support to stand up for their rights as professional athletes.
I know this game was months before Spain won the Women's World Cup last year but for this game, where was Alexia, Aitana, Patri, Mariona, Claudia Pina, Mapi Leon, O. Battle, Marta? And why was Paruello out most of the game? This would have been 7-3 for Spain had those players played in this game.
