Despite finishing as runners up to England in the SheBelieves Cup, the USWNT is ready to break the wings right out of the sails. Only 4 more games left before heading to France, where they can defend their World Cup title and captured their 4th Star.
Our opponent, who is somewhere familiar, is Australia aka The Matildas. The USWNT has never beat the Matildas since the 2015 World Cup, but things could change in this rivalry. Will the USWNT break the drought?

You can't outplay the US by trying to match their aggressive offensive game. They are too talented. As Canada did at the Olympics in 2021, you control them by a full on defensive style that stultifies their offensive advances. A good defensive strategy will be your best chance.
