I believe female empowerment in India is so Urban centered. No one is trying to make it rural centered. we can't fight it the same way Western countries. Empowered Urban woman wouldn't do if it messes her schedule. that's reality. One movie per year will not change anything .It's a long way continuous effort expectations.

I love how they are talking out about these issues. They also included the "boys don't cry" thing that shows they acknowledge problems men face as well. I'm tired of people thinking feminism is man-hating. Equality is coming💪🏽💪🏽❤❤.

Initially I felt so too. In reality though, as is so lucidly evident, they in fact *DID NOT* include the "boys don't cry" segment in order to acknowledge men issues. They only said that "boys should be taught that they shouldn't ever make *girls* cry" That's it.

Parents, teach your children that emotions are okay and help them channel emotion in healthy, life-giving ways. Let’s make sure none of our children ever cry from domestic or intimate partner violence.”

why boys should not cry ? ehh aren't boys belong to human beings . crying is an emotion and if boy should not cry then he should not also be happy since that also is a emotion then what should the boys do when they need to cry ... society only see's a girl crying as if boys are always having power to handle everything ,noooo ..... a boy is also having problrm than of a girl like job, future, family , stress like that a lot.........being a boy whenever i feel sad I will hug my pillow tight and then used to cry a lot {these are usually seen in films that they do whenever girls have a break up right }but beleive me after crying a lot 50% of our problems will be solved .dont feel shame to cry but feeel happy that i have cried of all my bad emotions ..............................

In the third ad when I first saw I thought that it is either violence or some player(I've seen many players getting bruises and injuries from boxing, wrestling, football etc.) But both were wrong btw in the first ad the man was made evil but it didn't mean he had to make the girl disappointed.
The 4th and 5th ad was superb ofcourse but it is true that every Female suffers life, everybody does, in fact, but females suffer more.
