Animals are so stoic, they live with their injuries and pain until they die unless someone comes to their help. Thank you to Olena for being that special someone to Gabby. Gabby's broken rear legs will need months to heal after their surgery, meanwhile she moves around by supporting her body on her front legs, what a deft balancing act for a dog! This smart girl is also gentle and beautiful. I'd love to see her big brown eyes smile one of these days. Gabby's story seems perfect for the holiday season, reminding us that kindness and love give us hope. Happy holidays and a happy New Year to all. May peace come to Ukraine and her people soon.

There is a ton of bad people but there is always some people doing the double to help and resolve what bad people do and what another ton of People o ver see or ignore. That family is an example of that kind of People so thank you so much all their dogs and cats seem happy and comfortable and they do their best to help the doggie ❤ and of course you Olena. I love your shelter. At the same time practical and homey. Seen so many that put emphasis on the “homey” but makes it impossible to keep clean and kept. That’s critical anytime you have many pets in one location. Or they make it so easy to clean out that it looks like a canine prison. Just excellent job y’all did.
