@PINTO FF no qué va, la maltés es verdad que es una plancha de dios y no le quito mérito pero una full planche con dos dedos requiere casi el doble, intenta hacer una flexión a dos dedos que es más fácil para que veas de lo que hablo
@PINTO FF en mi opinión sería igual de difícil hacerlo en full planche que en stradel, igual mente Andrea en ese entonces también hacía la maltés, pero no hacía tanto tiempo como victor

@@davidpantoja3668 Eso no es Maltese, y ni siquiera saltó a plancha, bajó e hizo una plancha. Al inicio si tuvo una caída al fallar un dinámico. No hay como defenderlo. Repes sucias, no front, no one arm front. Parece que em ese tiempo no hacían deducciones porque Dios...
