    Good structure, but saying how long you spend at each stage, how long your sesh total is, and how many reps you try to do is info this REALLY needed

    You should cover a video of endurance a lot of trickers might be lacking in that area

      I recommend rowing and cycling for endurance. You should run too but it shouldn’t be your main endurance builder since there’s a shit ton of impact and there’s already a lot of impact in tricking

      If you want more specializedendurance you should drill basics as fast as you can

    Thanks for the video, this gave me a lot of closure when training as I would warm up for 5 mins and just try throwing doubles etc.

    Can you make a video about standing front flips and the progression in to standing tricks?

    • @thomasacamel5309
      @thomasacamel5309 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would assume you would probably have to get a running frontflip down pretty good because standing you won’t have that momentum

    I love your videos and I've been watching for some time now, but I still can't get past your arm gestures and tone of voice. It's too much and takes away from the quality of the video by drawing your focus away from what you're actually saying. I don't expect you to see this and immediately stop, but it would make a huge difference if you even just gradually brought it down a notch. Again, thank you for vidoes they are extremely helpful.
