This park already won multiple axards such as "best amusement park in the world" a few times and even "best park in the world" 2 or 3 times. It's not just a random park if you were asking
women have always played a very important role in France, of course the best known is Joan of Arc but also during the revolution they played a big role and during the 39/45 war with the resistance. But above all, Alienor of Aquitaine, mother of all Europe and I'm not kidding. Did you know that all the monarchies of Europe but especially England have French blood, the blood of Eleanor of Aquitaine and in the video "French Kings of England" you'll see her😉 and it is Eleanor of Aquitaine and King Henry 2, French queen and king who invented and wrote "the legend of King Arthur and the knights of the round table. I know I send you a lot of comments but I like share the little knowledge I have 😉
That's an amazing place. I wish to visit one day too. You said that you don't like when they put modern values that makes historical things less accurate but keep in mind it is a mix of entertainment and historicity. The one that created this park is a conservative, he didn't put women for woke reasons but for the show. In fact, a lot of leftists hate this park as it glorifies our history lol
you know, France was the most Romanized in Europe, and after the Colosseum the largest is in France, but we have so many Roman ruins in fact 100 meters from my house there is a small stream with a small bridge stone (just 4 huge stones) which dates from the Romans (2000 years) and right next to it there are ruins of a 17th century windmill.
02:00 in... don't compare this to like "mediaval times" or something like that. This is considereded one of the european best "attraction park" even whining against disney, Asterix park and Europa Park. But no rides, just shows that even broadway envy. Only one competitor... "le cirque du soleil" (yep it is that big)... but they have so many shows in one place
France has a very great history with the Romans "Vercingétorix vs Caesar". At the beginning it was Gaul, then Roman Gaul and finally, FRANCE the Pont du Gard is the best preserved Roman structure in France. And I live not far from Puy du fou😉
This looks like it would be a blast to go to!
@@dulmater I've gone there 2 times and the only thing I think about is going again😂
Mon parc préféré ! Les spectacles sont tellement fantastiques

This is cool. I enjoy Medieval Times type shows.
you know, France was the jet set of the Romans and I'm not kidding, you would see what they built in France, we have nothing to envy of Rome
