  • Turkey has been in the spotlight for becoming the main transit point for ISIL recruits trying to get into Syria. However, the government says it's doing its part to shut the route down.
Al Jazeera's Omar Al Saleh reports from the Turkey-Syria border.

Is al jazerra still yet to cover the now defunct oil trade between turkey and 'isis' ?
Would love to see one of their 'in depth' documentaries about that little topic.

It's best to watch news from a wide diversity of sources - to get a better idea of exactly who is bullshitting who.
      Wouldn't you agree.

Scott Ewing Yet, you question why Al Jazerra is not broadcasting RT kind of news. It is not diversity.

There's inherent bias in all news outlets - so my point was to get as many diverse perspectives as possible
      - for a clearer view of world events. Good idea, no ?

And exactly where is that wall with respect to the border...Turkey could have built it on the border but instead decided to build it in Syrian territory effectively illegally annexing Syrian land. Meanwhile from all reports and now with documentation left behind by retreating Daesh fighters we know Turkey was buying oil for weapons from Daesh

+suluklu It matters if they plan on keeping the land they stole from their neighbor while he is besieged by terrorists..as a matter of fact I think that would make your country a terrorist state

+Scott Ewing turkey been buying and selling west oil from iraqi kurdish companies for the last 5 years now.. its a known fact but why is the west media portraying it otherwise with the weirdest evidences you can get.. for example a pkk (enemy of turks) captures an isis member and he happens to have documents on him.. how reliable can that be ?
