Yes, it's definitely challenging to commit to and always remember meditation in a formal set time manner. So it's nice to hear you say that it's okay to just do it whenever we remember it too. Much easier to commit to meditation that way, even for a few minutes ❤️
after a year of forcing myself to do it for at least 10 minutes a day, now i physically cannot stop. its become as important as showering or eating or sleeping, i can’t go a day without meditating. literally clears up my mind, my anxiety, my overthinking, recharges my social battery, makes me feel just so good, light, like i’m “floating around in ecstasy” to quote a great song.
I want you to know that you saved my life and i feel a strong universal love for you and appreciation for your teachings. Thank you for all your talks. You helped me with my panic so much.
Yes I do a walking meditation every morning, followed by mindfulness, loving kindness, and journaling meditation. I even do an eating meditation. Ii used to think I had no time to meditate so I slowly started to make it, and now I easily have hours in a day to meditate. I can even meditate when doing laundry, taking a shower, and doing dishes. I went from being bored and falling asleep when I meditate to loving it and feeling so focused and energized after I meditate!

I meditate anytime of the day! This morning I meditated for about an hour and then did the wim hof breathing method before my shower (starting with a hot and ending cold water) I then I need session on insite timer and did a live breathing/meditation. Now.for breakfast and my Macha green tea🤗
The beauty of meditation is that it’s a gift, you can use it however and whenever, but the more consistent you are with it, the greater the reward you get from it

I know that you are really supposed to sit up straight to meditate but I absolutely love laying in bed meditating, morning when I wake and evening before sleep, it's bliss.
If I am conscious, I am mindful. Total situational awareness inside body and outside. Just watching (I like to watch), not entertaining into the drama. But you already know this. Doing it though, is so peaceful and blissful. I recommend it if you want to feel good, and I am a recovering heroin addict!! Wind Horse beats White horse every time! 😂✌🏻🧡
Formal meditation in the evening is no problem for me it's very routine at this point. But in the mornings, I struggle a little. It feels like a fight against slouching and fatigue. Monkey mind morning syndrome. Thank you for the video.

for me personally i really like to lie on my back and do it, and if you exercise physically first it works even better, exercise really helps your mind to turn quiet.
When I need to work fast, when my tools are ready, i put a timer on five minutes. Because productivity slows down after five minutes. Then I have mindfullness one minute. After this, there will be a 40 minute guided meditation. Then I pass out.
I create short videos on topics that interest me personally. I am a religious scholar, but I’ve realized it’s also important for the viewer to find some rest while watching the video. I make them calm and relaxing. What do you think?

I do informal meditation whenever I can. Usually, when I get in from work. It helps me wind down.
1 hour meditation is just me sleeping for another hour and waking up in the middle of it to remind myself to mediate
