weather where the only way you can fly is using your instruments. At Courchevel, you can not fly into if the weather i not good (or VFR)

Ahhhaaaa, the first one to ask, it is a visual point, so you know you're over the point W by experience, LOL, that is why they want you to fly in with an instructor a few times into Courchevel before doing it by yourself. Actually, the point W is not a very "specific" point, it is more of a "general area" (for the lack of better words). It is not exact like a GPS point is, because if the weather is IFR, you shouldn't be flying into Courchevel to begin with.

What do you mean by "weather is IFR"?

IFR only conditions are baciscly very bad weather so that you need to use your instruments becouse you cant see anything outside the window
