The invasion happened quickly, so its not that Toshiro chose to match up with Bazz B. It's more that Bazz B appeared in the area Squad 10 was located. It's not like Toshiro will just ran and leave all his squad members to die just beacause he matched up with a fire guy. Bazz B might had beat his ass but Toshiro and Rangiku at least evacuated most of his Squad to safety at the moment. In Marechiyo's case, he was in the residential area. And the Sternritters probably has low incentives in targeting it first. But BG 9 appeared mostly there to search for Soi Feng. So Marechiyo sadly lured a sternritters to the area they would least likely to attack as of yet. For Nanao, my interpretation with that scene, is that it is not Nanao solely made that Kido to be exclusively used for her. It's more of that she did not had time to basically make it basic enough to that most shinigami's can use it. Which is a recurring problem most of the first fights 8n the 2nd invasion have. Even Toshiro admits that yes they had learned some new techniques but did not had time to make plan Bs or Cs.
The way I understood what Haschwalth said was that he could tell the Kidou was very impressive and complex and it had to take quite some skill perfecting it to that state in such short time, but ultimately it makes it way too complex for your average Shinigami to use it and it didn't *need* to be as powerful as it is to aid them. Instead Nanao should have make this Kidou simpler, maybe last shorter or be less powerful, but instead everyone could use it, making it much more beneficial to Gotei instead of literally only 1 Shinigami being able to use it.
I liked how Urahara called Kurotsuchi and told him he figured out how to give shinigami their bankais back and Kurotsuchi looked shocked and maybe a little annoyed he couldn't do it haha
Far from that. On first impression it might seem like that. But Mayuri this final arc has no time for being annoyed or looking at the past. He doesn't even bother whining and just gets on with the job. Everyone was shocked with the way he conducted himself in this arc.
I think he would have gotten there eventually. The big difference was that he was in the middle of having to prepare for an invasion and that he could be attacked at any point. Kisuke was safe in his tent, where he had time to specifically research that.

It was 5 chapters. But TYBW anime is much faster paced then other animes like JJK and Demon Slayer. Not becasue of the manga, but because they have a different approach, and more fat is added to the epsiodes in those animes. They did also cut a decent amount here in TYBW adaptation so far.

JKK and Demon slayer did have some dragged on episodes when it went for 24-26 episodes in the start. However once Demon slayer got to District arc with 11 episodes it was a lot better paced as each episode could be controlled focused on the arc rather than move in to a complete different story right after. The stuff they cut from tybw were made smartly as some of it had no relevance to the overall arc or would just leave more questions than answers.
You're used to the padding done for One Piece lol. Toei can adapt half a chapter and call it an episode. The pacing for Bleach is better for bing watching... week to week, you might think it's too fast because you're hyped for more, but once the season/cour ends, you'll appreciate the pacing more if you bing it.

Bleach tybw had more small things to it as Kubo reworking his story as the first season was good due to the manga being good but things will be going extremely fast as most of the chapters are quick. The addition of Ichigo is good to not just drop him until he returns but hopefully uryu gets some fights before they meet

I always had the Theory that Robert's Schrift is "The Neutralizer" which was how he was able to handle Shunsui and find his openings, and know how to take him down despite the possible Power difference between them (Obviously Shunsui had the concern of having his Bankai taken too, and ya know Yamamoto dying leaving him wide open).
I remember another commentor under one of Tekking's videos theorizing he was "the Nape," as in he can always pop in from his enemy's blind spot. It seems like an underwhelming power at first but it could be an absolute game changer in critical moments.
BG9 - Sternritter K - the Kinesis - Allows him to control the trajectery of attacks, both allies and enemies. Robert Accutrone - Sternritter N - the Negate - Allows him to cancel out any and all attacks. That is my personal headcanon of their powers. Hope we find out though.
@@blankblankerson Choreography I'm gonna have to go with og Naruto. There was more strategy involved. Bleach was usually just overpowering the bad guy at the last moment with a sudden jump in reitsu. But for character design and art Bleach wins by far.
Also Bleach kept it’s identity throughout. Naruto went off the rails in Shippuden to be more big and dumb, Dragon Ball became more child friendly specially in Super and the transformation went to be just colour changes and simple designs.

Just depends on what kinda story you want a big epic underdog story or ichigos teenage wild ride
from what I remember about the training of Renji and Rukia, the reishi at Ichibei's palace is so dense that at first they could only kneel. he was impressed they could stand up and hold their sword. so for Ichigo, I think, the further he goes, the more dense the Reishi is getting.
what they should have done instead of Rangiku just straight up explaining what they were doing is to show a flashback of her and Toshiro coming up with the strategy and then after that have her smile and tell Bazz-B that it's a secret. it would look a lot smarter and they could even have Bazz-B figure out how they did the thing himself to show that he's not just some dumbass throwing fire and when that doesn't work throw even more fire. make both sides look like they are trying to outsmart each other instead of acting like they HAVE to explain it for the audience also you kinda forgot about the fact that Jugram literally can not do the whole absorbing reishi thing. which is why he has a sword instead of a Reishi bow.
I would also say that After Dark is my fav bleach opening. It's a contender as a visual OP but it is most definitely my favourite song of the lot. It's hard to be a shounen anime fan/child of the 2000s and not coming away with an enduring fondness for Asian Kung Fu Generation.
It's odd Jugram makes it a character decision for the quincies to not use their powers and opt to use stolen bankai rather than the fact they can't BECAUSE they stole shinigami powers
Volsterndig is the only thing locked away due to stealing Bankai. All their other base abilities and schrifts are fine to use. This is the same way it was in the manga

Shunsui is definitely will kill Haschwalth with his Bankai because it's the perfect counter to Haschwalth's power. The first 2 stages of his Bankai deal damage equally for both and the 3rd stage instantly cut the opponent's neck. So Haschwalth is definitely dead unless he's fine without a head like Lille or Gerard
haschwalth has the friend shield, he likely has many damage subsitudes and the balance is mighty unfair lol. There are many instances where he ignores any fortunes he gets and any misfortune his opponent gets.
In fairness to Nano mastering a never before seen high level Kido and then trying to teach it to others probably was not do-able in the plot allowed amount of time like Yamamoto and Unohana are dead, Byakuya is in the Royal Palace, Ukitake is off prepping in the Rukongai, Mayuri was working on his own shit and doesn't work well with other squads anyways, Soi Fon was mastering her Shunko, Hitsugaya was trying to get around not having his Bankai and I don't remember him using Kido much to begin with Was there anyone to teach it to that could learn it in a few days maybe like 2 weeks tops?

I always had the Theory that Robert's Schrift is "The Neutralizer" which was how he was able to handle Shunsui and find his openings, and know how to take him down despite the possible Power difference between them (Obviously Shunsui had the concern of having his Bankai taken too, and ya know Yamamoto dying leaving him wide open).
I remember another commentor under one of Tekking's videos theorizing he was "the Nape," as in he can always pop in from his enemy's blind spot. It seems like an underwhelming power at first but it could be an absolute game changer in critical moments.

@@blankblankerson Choreography I'm gonna have to go with og Naruto. There was more strategy involved. Bleach was usually just overpowering the bad guy at the last moment with a sudden jump in reitsu. But for character design and art Bleach wins by far.
Also Bleach kept it’s identity throughout. Naruto went off the rails in Shippuden to be more big and dumb, Dragon Ball became more child friendly specially in Super and the transformation went to be just colour changes and simple designs.
This new bleach is good to look at since it's been newly done but bleach was the hardest for me to get into and I watched all the big 3 bleach is far inferior to the other two in pretty much every way its not bad but no way is it close to the other two

@blankblankerson I always looked at ichigo as basically what a normal guy might do if he found himself having loads of power he simply pretty much uses it to protect people he likes and has no massive ambition or goal he's not trying to be the worlds best he's not trying to expand horizons he just wants things protected which is a lot more grounded than the dreams and motivational speaking from the other two but because ichigo has none of that passion he just solves problems and that's it.
Just depends on what kinda story you want a big epic underdog story or ichigos teenage wild ride
from what I remember about the training of Renji and Rukia, the reishi at Ichibei's palace is so dense that at first they could only kneel. he was impressed they could stand up and hold their sword.
so for Ichigo, I think, the further he goes, the more dense the Reishi is getting.

what they should have done instead of Rangiku just straight up explaining what they were doing is to show a flashback of her and Toshiro coming up with the strategy and then after that have her smile and tell Bazz-B that it's a secret. it would look a lot smarter and they could even have Bazz-B figure out how they did the thing himself to show that he's not just some dumbass throwing fire and when that doesn't work throw even more fire. make both sides look like they are trying to outsmart each other instead of acting like they HAVE to explain it for the audience
also you kinda forgot about the fact that Jugram literally can not do the whole absorbing reishi thing. which is why he has a sword instead of a Reishi bow.
I would also say that After Dark is my fav bleach opening. It's a contender as a visual OP but it is most definitely my favourite song of the lot. It's hard to be a shounen anime fan/child of the 2000s and not coming away with an enduring fondness for Asian Kung Fu Generation.

It's odd Jugram makes it a character decision for the quincies to not use their powers and opt to use stolen bankai rather than the fact they can't BECAUSE they stole shinigami powers
Volsterndig is the only thing locked away due to stealing Bankai. All their other base abilities and schrifts are fine to use. This is the same way it was in the manga

Personally always headcanoned BG9 was a human who got turnt into a robot, maybe got injured and recovered by yhwach, or maybe he was just a normal human sternritter who decided to "enhance" himself, which would make sense if his schrift is "knowledge"
I always imagined a scientist who’s the true Sternritter K for the knowledge and designed the robots BG1-8 and BG9 is the latest model. If he was a human at first that line of “never breathed to begin with” wouldn’t make much sense to me. Since we don’t get a scientist like that it only leads to speculation. Like who was it that created BG9?

He can be a scientist who turned himself into a robot and if he is, he in fact doesn’t breath. He could have been a robot for hundreds of years so we can assume that at this point not breathing is quite normal to him.

I never thought about it before, but BG-9 being "the knowledge" could be the reason it's a robot in the first place. Like it was just a doll or basic machine, and then The Knowledge gave it the power to think with full sentience.

Shunsui is definitely will kill Haschwalth with his Bankai because it's the perfect counter to Haschwalth's power. The first 2 stages of his Bankai deal damage equally for both and the 3rd stage instantly cut the opponent's neck. So Haschwalth is definitely dead unless he's fine without a head like Lille or Gerard
haschwalth has the friend shield, he likely has many damage subsitudes and the balance is mighty unfair lol. There are many instances where he ignores any fortunes he gets and any misfortune his opponent gets.

In fairness to Nano mastering a never before seen high level Kido and then trying to teach it to others probably was not do-able in the plot allowed amount of time
like Yamamoto and Unohana are dead, Byakuya is in the Royal Palace, Ukitake is off prepping in the Rukongai, Mayuri was working on his own shit and doesn't work well with other squads anyways, Soi Fon was mastering her Shunko, Hitsugaya was trying to get around not having his Bankai and I don't remember him using Kido much to begin with

Cuz i though quinces were still human and that they aged like regular humans. Unless pure quinces don't age or age extremely slow? Cuz wat about soken? He was old so how long did he live for before he was killed? I just need some clarification on this

The sub I watched had left Izarusandou untranslated and someone in comments explained what it means, so your interpretation of Ichigo's training is kinda wrong. I'll just copy the comment:
"For those wondering what Izarusando means, it means "no entry Sandō".
A Sandō is a path/road leading to the entrance of a Shinto shrine, with a torii (the wooden gate Ichigo is walking towards) marking the origin of the path.
